Certain businesses have the quality to let you know from their first contact that you do not need to spend your money on them anymore. JustTyres is no doubt one of them.

Booked a tyre replacement at the Worksop branch

After waiting around two hours to replace ONE tyre and paying for the work, I discovered that the wrong tyre had been replaced. The front passenger-side tyre had been changed instead of the front driver-side tyre that I had specifically requested.

I returned to the garage same day and I was surprised to see that the issue was disputed by the staff before they eventually agreed to correct the mistake but they refused to give me an estimated time for completing the task. Despite having my mobile number and being asked to call me when the work was finished, no call was ever made.
The entire visit ultimately took 3 hours and 45 minutes to change (I repeat) ONE tyre.

I submitted a formal complaint and was contacted by management. In a nutshell, the company acknowledged that the experience I received was poor and offered me a voucher or goodwill gesture to (apparently) continue experiencing the high level of professionalism and customer care that they provided before, which silly me, I declined.

What concerned me most was the handling of the complaint itself. I was contacted by the deputy regional manager who admitted not reading the complaint and I had to explain it to him first hand. I was promised a written response which did not arrive within the agreed timeframe. And only when I sent a second letter I was later contacted by the regional manager, who asked to explain the complaint again from the beginning. The final written response after sending three emails, stated that no refund would be offered because I had ultimately received the tyre I paid for, despite the initial error and the appalling overall customer experience.

Both the service I received on the day and the subsequent complaints process left me with no confidence in the company.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend.

Damage was caused to my alloy wheel during the tyre fitting process, or while my vehicle was being moved after the work had been completed. Rather than taking responsibility and investigating the issue properly, the response from the Worksop branch was disappointing.

The branch manager was unprofessional and argumentative when I asked straightforward questions regarding the damage and requested basic information. Instead of dealing with the matter constructively, I was met with a defensive attitude and a lack of customer service.

As a customer, I expect my vehicle to be treated with care and any concerns to be handled professionally. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Based on the damage to my vehicle and the way the matter has been handled, I would not recommend this company and will not be using Just Tyres again in the future.

The tyres were good value tyres and at a reasonable price. It is the first time I have used Just Tyres and will gladly use them again it was a good experience. The two guys in Worksop depot are doing a fantastic job, they never stopped all the time I was there, but still had time to be polite and helpful to the customers. Great job guys at Worksop.

Everything about my first ever dealings with Just Tyres Worksop was first class. Initial phone call was dealt with politely and efficiently. The same, friendly young person received the car key from me then handed it back after the work was completed. Excellent customer service.

The lads absolutely done me a solid when I managed to get my car too them. They changed the tyre within minutes, and gave me advice on other future problems I might have. Quality service, I would highly recommend.

didn't have the tyres I ordered, or the cheaper replacements they offered (via messaging app, for the same price i paid). did get offered the only brand they had in stock by a central manager over the phone. more expensive than online price as well but he did knock some money off eventually.

cannot fault the lads in the tyre shop, they did a good job fitting them and was really apologetic about the mix up. they was friendly and got started on my car straight away.

I would have thought when you order tyres online, the head office would send them to the tyre shop with an customer order number. it appears they just guess what each shop has in stock.

I purchased four tyres on line, there price was the best deal I could find.
After I received a email and a text message saying that they were going to be waiting for me in three days time, I arrived at the tyre fitting station on the day, at the allotted time only to be told they weren't there, the staff were helpful and couldn't understand what had happened.
The man on the reception tried to contact head office but try as he might he couldn't get through, I was then told head office must have made a mistake and they he would personally order them and they would be definitely waiting for me in seven days time.
I left there annoyed that I had wasted my time and fuel on a pointless journey but confident that the tyres would be waiting for me in a week's time.
Just to be sure I contacted the tyre station today only to be greeted with confusion again, they weren't there!
I was told I would be phoned back in 10 mins, no call back!
Phoned again, confusion again, I will call you back in 20 mins, NO call back!
I rang back 1 hour later to be told head office was supposed to call me, so he said he will chase it up!
45 minutes later I received a call from head office saying that they couldn't get my tyres and they would give me my money back, stating they were old tyres and not fit for use, the system was not properly updated and they couldn't get anymore!
Why didn't they they tell me last week they couldn't get them and why has it taken my endless phone calls for them to them to get back to me!
If I had known I could have sourced alternative tyres elsewhere, now I am 10 days without tyres and have to restart the process of finding others.
I will NOT be using just tyres ever again and I warn others to be cautious.

Went for wheel alignment,clearly they had over booked for this day and didn’t want to do the work so lied to me saying they can’t do front alignment because “the rear tyres will just knock it back out again” this just isn’t the case. The car passed the MOT the day before but apparently it was illegal and I should tell the tester that he is an idiot. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

New tyre fitted. Competitive price. Friendly staff and fitted on arrival with minimal wait.

Booked online on the Friday 20th Feb for fitting on sat 21st Feb.
When i arrived I was told the tyres were not there yet and I had to come back mon.
Rebooked in store for the Thursday.
I was happy with the young gentleman that fitted my tyres but not the online booking system for messing me about .

I visited for two new tyres. Which were fitted quickly, and the price wasn't too bad, so no issues.
But I had a free brake check, and was told I needed discs and pads all the way round! My van was in for it's MOT the very next week at my usual garage, and they told me it would be at least another year or so until I needed any work done on the brakes, and then it would only be pads all way round, and discs on the back only! So I'm disappointed I've been told to spend money I don't need to spend. I will certainly return for tyres though if needed.

Brad was great. The service was prompt and timely.

Great service best price around for my tyres got 15% discount on 4 tyres lads were very polite. Second time I've used them i would recomend

Ordered online and booked a date and time to suit me. Easy location to find.

I ordered my tyres and tracking online, got a good price and a discount as well. Booked an appointment to suit me and the service I received at the Worksop branch was very good.

Daughter took car to inspect leaking rear tyre 1 week after MOT. Advised that valve leaking and couldn’t change valve without changing tyre as it was illegal ?? Just passed MOT !!

Further more all 4 tyres need changing ?

Paid £129 for tyre and £25 for valve !

All other valves checked and ok

I checked on Asda Tyres for the 3 others and price was only £82 ! Why was my daughter charged £129 ??

Booked to have 3 tyres replaced and when turned up the front tyres were removed and wait for it ….. couldn’t change tyres unless leaking valves replaced ???

Now it seems kinda odd to me that 1 week after an MOT and very little travel all 4 tyres needed replaced and leaking valves could not be replaced with paying £129 for a tyre that retails at £82 !!

THEN when other tyres booked in days later the valves which were previously fine now leaking despite no warning light coming on in car ??

This sounds like one massive con !

went to get tyres fitted - no balancing available - advised needed 2 rear tyres - ordered them online & paid + booked appt for fri 2 jan 5pm- got there, went for a coffee, came back 45 mins later to be told the tyres hadnt arrived & they would ring when they came in to come back again- still waiting for the phone call 6 days later .......
