I recently changed tyre in the Daventry center. They have committed time to replace tyre 10:30 and was there 5 mins before and they were just like very easy though I was waiting to fit tyre and took long time to fit the new tyre and as soon as I started driving dashboard was showing inflate tyre and was keep resetting. While you book they promise so many options ex: free break check etc for free but they don’t deliver it. Not recommended. I had to go to Halfords again for the inflate tyres.

Excellent service from the team at St Neots Just Tyres yesterday. Popped in to see if they could repair a slow puncture for me. They looked at it straight away, diagnosed a faulty valve. Replaced it and I was on my way within 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend them.

Easy to use web site for finding the correct tyre, ordering and booking an appointment with your preferred supplier and location. Excellent prices too. Tyre buying just got easier.

Easy to book, staff friendly and changed the tyre quickly.
Only disappointment was I asked if they could put some air in another tyre as the warning light had come on….they didn’t.

**Great online booking experience, but extremely disappointing fitting service**

I purchased two tyres from Just Tyres online and was initially very pleased with both the price and the straightforward booking process. I booked an appointment for 8:30am on 21st October 2026 at my nearest fitting centre. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended.

**Firstly, finding the fitting centre was unnecessarily difficult.**

My booking was made through Just Tyres, and naturally, I expected to arrive at a business displaying the Just Tyres name. However, when I reached the postcode provided, there was no Just Tyres anywhere to be seen.

After driving around and even asking people nearby if they knew where the business was, I eventually had to telephone Just Tyres for directions. Only then was I informed that the fitting centre was actually called Discount Tyres.

Surely, when booking customers into a fitting centre operating under a completely different name, this should be clearly explained in the booking confirmation?

**Unfortunately, the experience didn't improve when I arrived.**

I eventually arrived at approximately 8:40am to find the shutters closed, which initially made me think the premises weren't even open.

Shortly afterwards, the shutters opened and three members of staff came out of the service centre. They then proceeded to move three vehicles out of the premises, which I assumed were customers' cars that had been kept inside overnight.

I was instructed to drive inside and park to the left of another vehicle. However, the entrance was partially obstructed by tyres, making it awkward to manoeuvre into the space.

Once I got out of my car, the conversation with the fitter was incredibly brief.

"Back or front?"

"Front," I replied.

As I drive a Tesla, I asked whether they could also rotate the existing rear tyres to the front as part of fitting the two new tyres, particularly as there were three members of staff present and I appeared to be the only customer.

The response was a blunt "No", followed by an explanation that there were too many sensors on the vehicle and moving the wheels around would mess things up.

There was no attempt to explain this properly, offer an alternative or provide anything resembling friendly customer service.

At this point, I was already beginning to regret choosing this fitting centre.

**However, the condition of my wheels when the job was finished was the most disappointing part of the entire experience.**

When I was called over and told the job was done, I genuinely couldn't believe what I was looking at.

I've been driving for over 40 years, and I have never collected a vehicle after having tyres fitted and seen such a mess.

Both new tyres were covered in excessive amounts of tyre-fitting lubricant. It wasn't just a small amount around the edges; it was smeared across the tyres and onto the wheel trims.

I appreciate that lubricant is necessary when fitting tyres, but surely cleaning up afterwards should be a basic part of completing the job professionally?

When I politely asked whether the wheels could be cleaned, the reaction I received made me feel as though I was being unreasonable for even asking.

The fitter reluctantly tore off some blue workshop roll, sprayed WD-40 onto it and made what I can only describe as a half-hearted attempt to wipe the mess away.

He then told me, "That's the best I can do."

To make matters worse, he actually suggested that I take my car to a car wash or use a jet

Just Tyres in Buckingham is managed and fronted by a man called ROGER. He is always really friendly, super helpful and extremely professional. He is the sole reason I go to Just Tyres in Buckingham and am less worried about whether the tyre price is the cheapest around.
