Tried using Just Wines Australia to send my son in Brisbane some wine for Christmas. I was in the UK. The company was unable to accept payment by credit/debit card because its online order form demands that the customer has an Australian address. Customer support ridiculous with staff using only formulaic email:
'Hope you are doing good.
Sorry for the inconvenience cause.
We are investigating and Escalated it further.'
Life is just too short.

Avoid
Avoid, avoid, avoid. I signed up for a monthly deduction from my credit card which turns out can’t be used for regular deliveries. The supposed loyalty points you earn also can’t be used for regular deliveries. Mixed cases are a dumping ground for undrinkable wine
