Great company to deal with. Chris is a pleasure to talk to, none of this pushy sales stuff, has some great advice and recommendations. We’ve only ordered a couple of times as we are new to them, but won’t hesitate to order again, our new “go to” for wine, and great service. I was impressed with the knowledge of…
I was impressed with the knowledge of the sales representative and the delivery of the wine was great so I can't fault customer service.
The actual wines were fine but not outstanding - but perhaps that was the price range I went for of £11 per bottle

Very good customer service
I've ordered from JW twice, my first experience was fine the second not so good. The second time not their fault to be fair, the delivery company they use is a disgrace. My experience second time around wasn't great but was quickly rectified by Chris A.
Kudos to him, he's a credit to the company, he a Cust service guru.

The service was good and offers to send wine back f.o.c.if you don’t like it, however, I was unable to find one to suit my taste. I tend to go for refreshing wines easy to drink without heavy tannins.
Such as the govnor, porta 6, yellow tail Malbec or merlot
