The tour director Karolina she was an exceptional tour guide and she made Christmas in Prague a most memorable, interesting and enjoyable tour. She was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She always put us first and ensured we experienced the sights the best we could as Prague Castle was exceptionally busy on Christmas Day. I also have to thank Karolina for her help on Boxing Day when I developed an unexpected eye condition and needed to find a pharmacy. Karolina went out of her way to help find a pharmacy
