First class!
The customer service I have received at Juvea has always been first class. I was initially very nervous about getting laser treatment but the practitioners always put me at ease with their advice and knowledge. They were also able to adapt their techniques to help me manage the pain better! I had good results with my first set of laser treatments (some areas more so than others) and the staff were great, so I decided to buy another set! Would definitely recommend to others.
Only one small bit of feedback – would be good to have a more reliable text message service to remind customers of the appointment the day before – at present, sometimes I get a reminder and sometimes I don’t. The ability to make an appointment online would be nice to have as well.

Extremely friendly, the staff made the experience so enjoyable
This is the only skin clinic I have encountered that really caters to a variety of skin types and tones. When you're there you'll have peace of mind that you're in capable hands.

Excellent!
Sam, the aesthetic technician was informative and lovely. She answered any queries I had before the treatment began and made me feel at ease. The treatment itself was relaxing and painless and my skin felt smoother and more refreshed afterwards. I would definitely recommend it.
