The product I’ve ordered 10 days before the father’s day arrived 18 days after the father’s day. The customer service doesn’t care about your dissatisfaction and they only tell you that product cannot be returned as it is a personalized pruduct. I cannot believe i paid 42 euros for such a bad service and ordinary product. Stay away!
Scam. Shipping took ages, lost Christmas, product has terrible quality, you can't even see the picture you engraved... I can't I paid 40EUR for this.
Terrible! Their website states that shipping takes 5-7 days and that thdir items are shipped from the Netherlands and Brlgium but this is completely dishonest and a misrepresentation. When my order started taking too long I contacted them to find out what was happening. Only to find out that my item is being shipped from China and will take up to 21 days to deliver. A gift that was supposed to be something special ended up being much too late despite my order being placed well in advance. Since you have to wait for shipping from China anyway you can just as well buy the exact same items for much cheaper from other websites.
