An honest company who will refund
I tried Juvia hoping that it would work for me. One of the reason I decided to try it was the money back guarantee as it is quite a lot of money to spend if it doesn't work. I have previously spent quite a bit on things that didn't! I took Juvia as instructed for 6 weeks but didn't unfortunately see any improvement. When my renewal email arrived I decided that I would email for a refund as it just hadn't worked. I was expecting the refund process to be difficult and that maybe I wouldn't receive a refund at all. However I am very pleased to report that there was no question and an email reply and refund arrived within a couple of days. I would recommend anyone to try Juvia with the confidence that if it doesn't work for you, you will be able to easily obtain a refund. This company are genuine and a pleasure to do business with!

Really works but give it time
I really didn't believe this can help with my IBS symptoms which were constipation, bloating and most horribly "gut sounds". They were so loud after lunch in the office so I had to hide in the meeting room, ouch. But after a month I saw major difference, now I can eat lunch and stay comfy. Also I was even feeling so good that I didn't take Juvia to vacation - and I had my IBS back on return. But when I started on my Juvia plan again - all gone. So now I am sticking to 1 tbsp in the morning and it is a life-saver!

Unfortunately didn’t work
I have completed over 6 weeks with Juvia, as recommended. While it helped minimally with some symptoms, it unfortunately didn’t make any substantive changes to my IBS symptoms.

Arrived extremely quickly, app is great and loads of info on it along with the tracker.
Money back guarantee too, which is why I've given this a try. I wouldn't have gone near it without it as it all seems too good to be true to be honest. Heard all this sort of stuff before. My Facebook and Instagram feeds are full of the the next big revolutionary gut treatments/snake oils.
It feels a bit disingenuous rating it now and just on service rather than the product.
I've suffered digestion issues for 20 years and spent thousands on all sorts of things that have never really worked.
Whether this works or not, I'll definitely be back to give a full report in 5 weeks time when Ill choose to either continue my subscription or ask for my money back (I'm almost 1 week in, seeing no benefits and things are actually worse if anything.
That could be "die off" but then I've heard that term before on things that haven't worked. If it is a die off then its nothing different to my usual gut issues anyway. I would have thought a die off would be more dramatic and different to the usual discomforts)
We'll see how this goes. Wish me luck.

Sadly this hasn't worked for me. Still have a bit left so I will complete what I have but i really can't see anything changing.
Kept 3 stars as customer service was excellent. I asked for a refund and I received it within a few days. I would recommend this on that basis - it didn't work for me but it might work for you. Worth a shot knowing that it just takes a simple email to get your money back.

This company has been outstanding , very good communication , the app is great so you don’t forget to order and if you want to speak to someone the customer care is the fastest I’ve ever known , I had a question and sent it on the Saturday night expecting to hear back in the week but I already had a response by the time I woke up Sunday morning . I do believe in the next 5 years Juvia will be a household name because using natural remedy’s that coincide with your body instead of nasty chemicals from big pharma company’s is the way forward

Still have not received the product. I ordered on 21/10/23 over 3 weeks ago. I have now asked for a refund as I no longer want to keep chasing up my order

I placed an my first order 2 weeks ago . after a week it hadn't been delivered , so I contacted Julien to check. The following day he dispatched a second order which I received in 2 days which was great service as I live in Ireland. 1 day later the original first order arrived . I contacted them to notify , where I was told by Phoebe to keep this free of charge as a good will gesture for my patience. if this doesn't top the customer service list I don't know what does. I'm on day 3 of the plan so will update at a later stage .
