Despite the cost of the product and the…

Despite the cost of the product and the length of time for delivery, they insist on used the recognised worst delivery company. Packages often disappear or like my most recent delivery, had been soaking in mud for some time. I’ve complained to Juvia several times and been told someone will come back to me. No one ever has. There’s no point in having a great product of you use the worst shipping company and treat your customers as inconveniences!

Hi Linda, please contact us. I can see that you skipped your order after you had already been sent notification that the order was processed. We send reminder emails 7 days and 1 day before charging. The 1 day before charging is the latest moment orders can be skipped. As you skipped orders after the order had already been processed, you will not receive your next order. Thanks

Great service

I have been taking this product for less than one week so this is a rating for service only. I give Juvia 5 stars for service as the product was delivered really quickly (on a sunday!) and was well packaged. The service seems to be very good based upon my initial experience

Making money from ripping people off

Cancelled my subscription and still charged completely zero understanding on there part no option for a return or cancellation even when contacting them before product was dispatched. As I cancelled it and have moved in-between and cancellation was made more complicated than nessisary.

Now essentially have spent £78 on something I don't want and will never receive despite cancelling the subscription and contacting the customer service team as soon as I was charged.

Hi Simon, this is not a genuine representation. As you stated in your previous review, the charge notification was lost in your junk email. This is unfortunate, but we did as we promised - we sent notifications 7 days and 1 day prior to a charge to give you a chance to amend or cancel.

Your subscription was not cancelled, which is why you continued to be charged and have product shipped. Access to your account is straightforward and editing a delivery address or cancelling a subscription can be done online.

Very sorry that you are unhappy with how things played out, but I'm not sure what you would have liked us to differently, except for refunding an order that had already been shipped in good faith? It seems you'd like us to lose money because you didn't amend your address or act on the reminder emails. Not exactly fair. We'd be grateful if you'd remove your negative reviews.

Amazing Service

Amazing service - I ordered on Monday and the Juvia arrived the following morning! I had a question which was quickly answered and I've had a follow-up email checking it's going okay.

Product is so gloopy and sticky that…

Product is so gloopy and sticky that it's really hard to use at home (dribbles everywhere and sticks to everything) and not possible for me to travel out of my house with due to hassle.

Wish I hadn't bought it to be honest - saw no benefit and it's likely to just sit in a cupboard until I eventually throw it away.

I love Juvia!

I love Juvia and the team!

Sarah who I communicated with was always helpful and informative, she made ordering Juvia fun!

The product.
I have tried many things to help with my IBS, drugs, Fodmap, other exclusion techniques and whereas I have learned many things about my IBS Juvia has had the biggest impact on how I feel day to day. I recognise that it may not work for everyone, but personally I just feel more well when I take Juvia. I would tell anyone to try it and to give it a few weeks to see the effects.

I tried to cancel my subscription by…

I tried to cancel my subscription by email no one actually looked at the email so they took money from my account and sent me the product which is rubbish anyway it doesn’t do anything has no benefits whatsoever
