However, the additionals went to completly different address In a different county.

What would help is a drawing of the product giving the dimensions of the locking block and the usable length of the lace it comes fitted with .
Nowhere could I find this detail ..
Technically I think that is poor and you should not have to search for such basic info . A load of photos are no bloody use at all !!!
