ordered 6th of July then a fast track on the 10th, item wasn't shipped till 12th of July (website says shipped within 48hours) I have constantly tried to contact the company many times without a reply, only first got a reply when I put in a PayPal case, was sent out a 2nd mould kit after the first was faulty, send back and they received Monday 21st, had no contact at all, contacted every day through the site to make sure there was no issues again with no reply, then put in another PayPal case and got a reply saying the moulds were faulty and they tried to contact me, I have no messages at all and they couldn't provide me proof that they'd contacted me and needed a manager to give permission. they then agreed to refund my fast track as I didn't want there product anymore due to so many issues, then said they wouldn't give it back. was finally told its a high priority case and a manager would contact me, and again I've had nothing and am having to try get my money back in other ways.

they have had my messages through text, instagram, email and web chat and still no messages to me without me hounding them or putting in PayPal cases. I even agreed to pay for the mould kit and refund the rest but was then told they won't do that as its not their fault, I have tried to work with them and awaited an answer but don't want others to waste their money. I was looking forward to receiving this item and cancelled my cases first time round to work with them but it wasn't worth it and have now probably lost £150 but lesson learned not to trust them.

Scam don’t order. Won’t reply. Nothing has arrived. Reported as fraud and now they are under investigation. All the other reviews are fake as you can see by their Instagram

*UPDATE*
So after I posted original post as seen below this one, I got a message asking if I could remove it if they sent out the grillz, I said i would edit it once recive the grillz. They resent the mould kit which i completed again and did tracking, they asked me to let them know when they have received it and they would make them asap 😵‍💫
Once royal mail had delivered them I sent them a message...... no reply, waited a couple of days, sent another message and still no reply......
Ghosting seems to be there thing once you've sent kit back, luckily I did it with paypal however they told me on one of there messages that they will no longer be dealing with paypal 🤔

When I first used there chat box they was very helpful, so I put a order in with them, received the mould kit within days so i did the mould and sent it back.
Was waiting a while so got intouch via the chat box and told me it can take upto 6 weeks
However when 7 weeks passed and still no teeth caps I reached out again via chat box and no reply, so I rang the number and they wouldn't pick up, so I txd and surprise surprise no reply

i ordered some grillz and they were amazing quality. came within the time they had said, and placement on teeth was perfect. will 100% recommend and will be ordering more for my friends at a later date

Sick grillz. Was more than happy with what I received ordered custom set that no one else could make happen in time but Jx came through. Will order again when I come up with another sick idea. 5 stars for sure

Fit great, payed for the fast track service as I needed them for my holiday, will order some more when I'm back, looking to get a gold set next, cover up my bad teeth lol, JX Grillz is the place I must say

Great service, was worried at first from what i have read online but service was honestly great. Took around 6 days to get my grillz , will order again soon
