Jay came highly recommended to me by my builder to tile a tricky, tight log burner area. He was prompt at coming to look and quote and then gave me an estimated start date which he stuck to. All of these I'm not used to!
He is a highly skilled tiler and as a perfectionist I appreciated him asking me lots of questions to check he got it just as I wanted it.
A lovely, honest guy to have working in your home. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

There was an immediate response to our request to locate the source of a leak into a bedroom. Having established the problem, material was acquired to solve the problem plus another potential leak.
All very professional and I could recommend 10 stars if was possible!

Would highly recommend Jay, he is my first call for any work I need done to the house, previously he re-built my bathroom which is perfect.

This is the second time I have used Jay. Last year, Jay refurbished my downstairs toilet. This year I wanted to refurbish my upstairs bathroom. Jay responded to my text message quickly and popped round to my house to discuss my plans. Four weeks later he started the work. Jay put in a new toilet, shower, shower door, sink, taps, radiator, extractor fan, floor and wall tiles and underfloor heating. He also painted the walls and ceiling. Once again I was very happy with the finished product. Just like last time, Jay was a pleasure to have around the house and cleaned up brilliantly after he had finished.

Jay originally quoted to do what I asked - replace damaged skirting boards and damaged wall plaster.
On viewing the damage he suggested removal was unnecessary and all could bee done at a cheaper price than by replacing the boards. All done to a high quality.

My cottage exterior is wooden & was in real need of an overhaul. Jay’s attention to detail was spot on and his work was faultless. Bringing in someone to do work on your house involves trust and I would highly recommend Jay.

They turned up as arranged at 8.30 and worked nonstop till almost 7pm to make sure we were watertight overnight turned up on time next day and cracked on,in my book reliability is a big thing,thanks Jay for a great roof at a great price.

Jay recently changed a Velux window for me and was very professional throughout, he kept his promises and unfortunately on the day that Jay had booked the work in was the worse weather it could have been. This didn’t deter him and he completed the job to a high standard and got drenched throughout in the process!

Jay installed the floor tiles in our hallway. From start to finish he explained how the work would be done including installing a new wooden base to ensure no future problems. The work was done when agreed and within the estimated timescale-very pleased with the overall result.

I had a leak on my roof that also caused the ceiling in my bathroom to leak, I call jay to have a look to see the problem. What can I say, Jay is one of a kind. He moved other jobs he had to make sure the leak in the roof was fixed straight away and the ceiling was repaired and fixed. Excellent work and will definitely be recommending him to everyone I know.

Jay listened to what I wanted, gave me a very good price and got on with the work, only stopping when it hammered it down with rain. The job was to strip off a flat felt roof above my porch and replace with a sloping tiled roof with guttering and flashing. A job well done👍
