Cannock branch excellent service

I have to say looking at a few reviews being very negative. But however I'm going to give it a five
We had excellent service
Items ordered and picked up on time no problem we had a minor issue with a table chair was missing - one phone call was able to pick up leather chair same day - no unnecessary questions asked- spent over 3k on furniture etc

Needs new management

Management staff are appalling rude and not a care in the world. After my husband and I asked for help the store manager sighed and stormed off in the back! I then was left waiting until will saw us waiting and helped us. Great service by Will but the store manger needs sacking such poor examples of leadership!

Market parasol- DO NOT BUY FROM JYSK

I wish I had seen reviews before buying - I really did not expect such a poor experience from a Danish company.

I bought the Market parasol in May and by mid June was completely falling apart.

The mechanism to open it broke in the first few uses but I didn’t have meanings to take it back so I found a solution to fix it.

After a couple of weeks the rope that pulls up the canopy went out of the rail somehow and the mechanism for that seems to be melted by the sun?
Altough I find a bit silly that garden furniture is not weather resistant, I read other reviews with similar issues…

When the mechanism to tilt the canopy to the side broke I decided to email customer service. Their response was absolutely appalling. They couldn’t care less. I then asked to escalate my complaint and simply they couldn’t care less. Zero professionalism, the email from Sean even had the same grammar mistake twice.

I will never shop from Jysk again.

AVOID

Ordered an item on 5th Dec, dispatch date has been continuously pushed back but I've had to chase to find this information out myself. Money for the item has been take twice and held from my account.
Live chat agents come across very rude. Terrible service throughout and still awaiting my item.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed! We ordered a table with chairs expecting to receive it within 10-12 days, as promised. Guess what? We’re still waiting! Such dishonesty! If you can’t deliver within the stated timeframe, then update it to a more realistic one.

Great helpful staff

Orderd garden furniture, arrived in store on the date expected. Ellesmere port store.
Went to collect and the male staff member was really helpful and friendly getting all the furniture into our car.

Do not order unless you want nothing…

Do not order unless you want nothing but problems and no item after they have taken your money.

The manager of the Ellesmere port store has zero customer service skills and didn't want to help even when others came up with solutions.

I placed an order via click and collect in March, took the day off to collect to make the hour round trip to be told I was wrong, they didn't say they had reserved the item (even though I had the email to show I had). I was then offered one with no legs, which I declined.

I placed an order in store with the offer of free delivery within 10 days. The date came and passed, I chased the order and told will be here the following Friday. It didn't come. The item was delayed 4 times. At no point was any delay communicated with me, I had to ask where my order was every time.

An alternative sofa was offered but was sadly not an option so we thought we would wait. Its now almost 3 months in and I can see the item is now on stock online but I still don't have my item.

I just want a refund so I can get my poorly little girl a sofa she can use.

My local store was happy to help doing a refund but the Manager at Ellsmere port refused, insisting I leave my ill daughter to make a hour trip to refund an order they have messed up.

Ordered some cushions

Ordered some cushions, then read the reviews and panicked, but the company didn’t take payment until the order was despatched, they kept me informed every step of the way. My cushions arrived and they are exactly what I ordered and a bargain to boot. Can’t say anything bad about my experience with this company.
