Shoppers be careful. Don't make the same mistake I did...
I purchased a bag from them around mid-August and it's now January 2024.. still no sign of it. Even after sending multiple emails, with the same reply over and over without each time, I now know that I will never see the shadow of that bag or will see my $49 aging.

I should have read these reviews in August 2023 when I purchased a bag from them. After 6 weeks it hadn’t arrived, so I emailed the them. A customer service person told me that the quality of the bags delivered was not up to scratch and that they were waiting for a new batch and would I wait 4-6 weeks. So into October and I ask again where my bag is, again they say it should be sent in 2 weeks. Since November I have had no contact with them despite several emails. Now I have read this, I realise I am not getting my $40 back.

I would give 0 if I could.
This is a total scam. The company works out of many different names. IF you receive goods they will be wrong, cheap and definitely not what you ordered.
I ordered months ago, never received anything and no response to my four emails. No chance of a refund so I'm now £50 out of pocket! Do not order from them!

I was so excited to get the product I ordered for my daughter. So super disappointed. All we got was some cheaply made pouch and some stickers supposedly worth $40. Really! I tried to get some answers from customer service and all I got was that the item delivered was all I was getting. Biggest scam ever! Do not order. BUYER BEWARE!!!

This was such a scam. I was so excited to receive so many items for such a low price, and in the end, I was so disappointed. All I got was a crappy bright red pouch thing and stickers. I paid $40 for TWO things. I cannot believe that the original price was $160. The website also keeps changing its name and I can't even go to the site anymore. I am so mad and I feel so bad for all the other people who wasted so much money on this sh**

I changed my number and got the number associated with this company 614-746-1325 smh. One of this girl's family members called me a week after I got the number and told me to change my number again... I had no clue! My phone blows up 24/7. Hi Candice Jewell I don't know u but I hate u

I was so excited to finally get more bts merch for cheaper and after waiting 3 weeks and I also looked at the reviews on the sight and they all seemed fine and when it got here I got the same thing as everyone else the bag and stickers and I spent 40 dollars on then and it honestly made me break down in tears because I was so excited and it arrived in a little bubble mailer instead of the supposedly box it was supposed to come in.

Will send you trash. Ignoring every email. Wont cancel order, even when not shipped yet. Waited weeks for it to get shipped, asked shittons of times to please cancel my order and send me my money back, after finding out people only get scammed there. But surprise never got canceled, never got any reply and now got shipped. I know people get scammed with the ARMY Mystery Box, everyone getting the same fake merch trash bag, just report to police and get your money back with bank / credit card institute if you can.
They btw changed their name to ARMYFESTA.COM but still same BS.

Horrible, complete scam. Took $50 CAD on a “sale” and only received two items that could potentially add up to MAYBE $10 CAD, nowhere near what they advertised, could not get my money back and the return process will cost more than the initial purchase. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!

I order 2 weeks before Christmas a gift for my daughter a box full of stuff and spent money. Here it is 1/9/23 and it just arrived and it's a purse. Not even the order at all and beat me out of my money. I recommend know one take a risk with these fake k pop companies..I will find a way to get my money back and report them

WHY DIDN'T I READ YOUR REVIEWS?? Are the customers who purchased this so called "merch box" all communicating with Laine S. in customer service? Lies, lies and more lies!!!! BIGGEST SCAM ever. A sticker, mini bag and postcard thank you note that isn’t worth 50 cents. Report to FTC, credit card company or PayPal. No refund offered and will not allow returns. All their reviews are fake. Not one person received a hoodie. Run as far away as you can.

$40 and you get a poorly made little red bag that smells like full on chemicals, some stickers with old images and a Thank You card. I put too much trust into a small site JUST because I have seen it advertised on YT for a long time and when you see the reviews on the site it decent merch. If I only got a sweatshirt in the mail with that poorly made bag and stickers, even if it would be a little small it would have been a little more worth the $40. The site NEEDS to get taken down. I just hope no one else spends their hard earned money on this anymore. This was supposed to be my belated birthday gift and Christmas gift to myself after having a pretty crappy couple years and finding BTS and ARMY who have made it less crappy, only to get scammed by people PRETENDING to be ARMY.

Like a lot of people, I ordered the BTS merch box for $39.97. I expected it to come in a box with everything, but it came with a crappy red bag and stickers, that's all. We need our money back.

Honestly, we need to sue the company. They have scammed thousands, maybe millions of people. They need to be sued.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Exactly the same experience as many others reviewers who also fell for this trap. I bought a merch box for $40 and got a tiny red bag and stickers instead. Now I know better going forward.

DO NOT BE NAIVE LIKE I WAS. It's too good to be true. The company did send me a package and it was the supposed 39.97$ BTS merch box, but it did not contain the merchandise that I so desperately desired. I only obtained the red bag and it didn't have the stickers on them, but it displayed very violent and sexually induced images that revolted me, this was a violent and heinous act. I feel misfortune for those who had to see this, it's displeasing to the eye!!! It's absolutely HORRENDOUS and INSANELY DISTURBING, IT INCLUDED IMAGES OF animals AND PEOPLE mating. My younger brother opened it and he was so excited, but he completely lost it. He was so confused at first and it caused him trauma... I would not recommend it highly, it gave him emotional trauma. There was a DUCKING USED bloody tampon, nobody wants to see that if you live with a female or you are one, you should agree, it smelled DISGUSTING, I would rate this a negative number if I could! THIS IS NOT WORTH THE DRAMA THAT IT WOULD BRING, THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT EXIST!!!!!

I bought the bts merch box that had the "sale" of 39.97 bucks from the merch shop a few days ago. I was expecting the items from the store to come in a box (like what the description said) but instead, I got a box full of pictures of people violently doing the sucky sucky 3000 and it also came with a bathtub and water so you could baptize yourself from seeing the horrible sight. I also got hard from seeing the sucky sucky 3000 so I'm not that mad. I wouldn't recommend this item unless you like seeing people doing the sucky sucky 3000.

Edit: I contacted the company and they sent me another box with a note attached to it. I was horrified to see more pictures of people doing the sucky sucky 3000. IT WAS TRULY DISGUSTING, ESPECIALLY AFTER THE IMAGES I SAW!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not only did the company send more photos of people violently doing the sucky sucky 3000 but it also gave me a bunch of sex toys with a note saying, "now it's your turn ...;)". The company also sent me another free bathtub but I found this sticky fluid inside (which I thought was holy water) so now I think I have AIDS from baptizing myself. I would still rate this a 1 but at least I got free sex toys and even though I probably got AIDS I got another free bathtub to baptize myself!

Only reason I give 1 star is because I can’t do 0. Their merch box isn’t even a box. Horrible shipping updates and not being able to contact shipper or shipping co, after being told I needed to.

Wish I could give this no stars. This is a scam site! Do not purchase anything with them! Purchased a mystery box suppose to be worth $160 on sale for $40. After purchasing read reviews and saw it was a scam and they were sending everyone a very cheap poorly made red bag with very thin and poorly made stickers inside. Immediately emailed them to cancel the order. They messaged me a week later saying they couldn’t cancel it because the package had already been packed. A whole week later. I tried to dispute this charge and got it denied because they emailed my credit card company saying I could of refused the package but then would have paid for shipping to send it back. Terrible company to scam people who enjoy K-pop. They also will not allow you to leave any negative reviews on their actual site which should of been my first clue. Hope this helps someone.

This company is false advertising products and merchandise. My 14 yr old daughter was saving her money to purchase a BTS merchandise box from the KPOP army website. The box was advertised to come with several different items inside of it including a hoodie, CDs, and other BTS merchandise. She waited in excitement almost a month to receive the box full of merchandise..When she finally received the package it was a clear pouch with a small handbag and stickers inside of it. There was no box and no other BTS merchandise. We sent several emails to the seller KPOP Army and they never responded to any of my emails. I also contacted Yun Express who told me I had to directly contact the seller for issues with the product. KPOP Army does not have any type of customer service numbers listed no where on their website,they only have the email address as the only way to contact them. So because I had no luck with getting in contact with them. I finally just went ahead and filed a claim with my bank. They are completing an investigation and doing further research. My 14 yr old daughter is so hurt and disappointed because she was really looking forward to getting the box that she paid for. It's really sad, pittiful, and ridiculous that they are taking advantage of consumers, people/children and lying to get sales. This is bad business and very unprofessional. They need to be shut down for FRAUD!!!!

Bought two BTS merch boxes in two different sizes at the end of November 2021, received shipping update pretty fast though it didn't arrive until around New Year's. I got a LY side bag and a photo book and PTD stickers. Reached out regarding where the second merch box was and received the same response 5 times. A copy and paste of the merch box description - when I wasn't disputing the contents. I was inquiring about receiving the SECOND BOX IN MY ORDER.
Yes. It's a rip-off. Fancy shiny expensive clothing merch photos but the very last item is the LY side bag (~$30). Yet I wasn't upset about the contents, I wanted the other half of my order lol ---- don't purchase.
