These guys are so so good at the services they provide. I initially had an annual boiler service which they completed but then they advised me on replacing my thermostat which they did within a week- they had to move their schedule around to accommodate us.

Very happy with the Gas Certification service. Arrived on time, was very polite and had a great attention to details. Promptly completed the work, explained what he was doing and why. He went out of his way to help me fix an issue with a leaking heating battery pipe and made sure it was all fixed before he left. That is highly appreciated!

Fantastic service. Mohammed arrived on time, was very helpful and understanding. He dealt with all the challenging aspects of the job (like a difficult to access gas meter) very professionally and in a friendly manner. He was happy to discuss and explain what was being done throughout the visit and genuinely was a nice helpful guy. I couldn’t recommend the service more! Thank you so much for everything.

Extremely good service

This Company let me down and my tenants. They took £185 x 2 visits and now the boiler is NOT working, two days after they tampered with it. The only issue was a leak. I bought the part to replace but instead of them taking the faulty boiler part out, they used part of the new part to save time. The 2nd visit was to fit a small part that they did not have at the time, that turns the heating on and off on the boiler. The boiler was working well just to change that part. they used a second hand part when telling me it was a new part. Now the boiler is not working at all cost £460. I asked them to return kindly, one day after the job, they procrastinated, then got rude, then refused to come back. Then to add insult to injury instead slandered my name on another site where I left a bad review. I asked for money back as the boiler failed within a day of their work. I am getting advice from my lawyer for slander. They seem nice at first but actions speak the loudest. They refused to return, they have no honour. I will also sue for my pension monies paid for these repairs, to them in good faith back. They harrassed me to pay asap same day, not giving me a chance to check their work overnight. Shame on you nasty people, victimising an elderly granny. I will now contact trading standards and Gas safe register and others. No guarantee on their work.
