The experience with Keijzer & Van der Lugt was how every interaction with a company should be: effective, efficient and customer-oriented.

In the year we had the worst news ever, that our apartments were destroyed by a fire, Mr. van der Lugt appeared as our only hope to find the right solutions with the insurance in our defenses. And so he did, laser-focused on the fairest and fastest results, achieving what others said would be impossible and making us recover everything we could after the disaster.

I strongly recommend their office, probably the best service in the whole Netherlands!

I suffered smoke damage while away from home. Without me returning home, this insurance expert and adjuster worked diligently assessing the damage, doing the inventory, taking pictures, and promptly handling the insurance claim. My complete policy was paid out within a few days of my returning home and signing a few papers. It was all very quick and transparent - something positive out of a bad situation.
