The Reality
First off - the website allows you to make purchases without creating an account - which is convenient if you want to make a quick purchase.
However - your order instantly gets placed on "hold" and you must create an account to open the support ticket where they will ask you to provide an ID photo or a PHOTO OF CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD (which itself is a red flag).
After speaking with support - they were quite responsive - we agreed I can provide a photo of a random ID showing my name, and wirting a note with the current date and "k4g.com" - after doing so the support agent said everything is fine, the verification process will be finished in a few hours.
In the morning, my order was still on hold, and after reaching out to the support, they requested a photo of another ID from me, saying that I was already verified but they need the other ID as well. At this point I decided to cancel the order and request a refund. I will update this thread after some time if I do get the money back.
Another thing - they proposed to use a "safe" payment method, such as "Przelewy24" - which is outrageous - it has a Trustpilot score of 1.4.
Better avoid.
