It’s a good thing they are shutting down because they are an absolute scam. Won’t return the money left in my account.

Companies like this need to be shut down if the gambling regulators actually cared about crooks like this out and out ripping people off. Like others here have stated join one of the many other respectable sites that are happy to verify your ID and withdraw your own money as and when you want to. Been waiting for two weeks just to have my account verified so I can get my money back. Amazes me that these companies have no issue taking your money yet getting it back is impossible it seems. Nothing short of theft!

Seen similar people with this problem, deposited £20 and used the free bets, won the bet and then was asked for a copy of my debit card with other very unusual vertification demands. Very slow and unorganised responses from K8 (multiple employees would respond and I had multiple tickets open) and after about a month of back and forth emailing they said they would refund me my initial £20 which I’m yet to receive a week later.
Use any other betting site, this one is just terrible I’m afraid!

Takes a while for verification of ID documents and withdrawal, but as long as you send the right stuff they verify and allow withdrawal with minimum fuss.

Shocking. Been waiting on a poxy £40 withdrawal since 10/02/2019. No reply to my verification documents that I sent either from 3 days ago.

Was a new customer. Deposited £20 which lost the bet, then because I was new I was given a £20 free bet. This won, and I was due £60. However, K8 suddenly decided to void these winnings, as they decided out of the blue that the company debit card I used to make my deposit wasn't permitted to be used on their website. However nowhere on their website does it state that business cards cannot be used. K8 told me that they would refund my initial £20 bet, however 3 weeks on I am still waiting for this. Furthetmore, they have since decided go close my account for no reason. Their customer services is non existent, they are never available on live chat, nobody knows what they are talking about. I am in the process of escalating this to IBAS.

Awful site , by far the worse around . Withdrawals are never ever processed . Ignore the false 5* reviews on here aswell

Do not use k8 they never verify your account , I have sent them bank card front and back covering up the digits they asked , sent them multiple ID , multiple proof of address dated in the last 3 months , also sent them last 3 months of bank statements proving that I sent them payments and proof of salary , now they just won’t response to my emails nor will they pay my money out to me been going on for 5 weeks now and still nothing!

Absolutely shocking site.. I have deposited to gain 2 bonuses in free bets and both times they have failed to credit the free bet I have been waiting 7 says now and they have expired.. been on live chat numerous times. Went to go on again today and live chat is not available.. unprofessional and just a damn robbery .. avoid like the plague

Tried K8Com after seeing them on Facebook and their casino product is pretty good. Won quite a bit on Starburst last night - their Live Casino is easy to use and friendly.

Everyone is different, i like them. Taken the Man City offer to beat Wolves at 20/1, what a bet, massive winnings! Withdrawing okay too, money received the next day. Recommended.

Got awarded a free bet which won. Their excuse, they do not pay out on free bets which settle after the three days.

K8 will drag you through hell to withdraw. Requests for payslips & 3 months of bank statements are the norm in order to withdraw from your account, whether you make a profit or not. It's clear that the company do anything possible to avoid paying out, which is a contravention of their license. There are plenty of reputable UK bookmakers which, 99.999% of the time, just ask for proof of ID and address before paying out promptly, don't waste your time with these crooks.

They are abusing the ID verification process to withhold customer funds. Blatant abuse of the spirit of the legislation, criminal offences possibly being committed under UK licensing, will be contacting the gambling commission, advise everyone who arrives here to do the same. If an audit of this activity is enforced they will suffer.

List of identity documentation provided in a 14 email exchange, over a 3 day period:

* government issued passport.

* government issued photographic identification card (electoral registry card).

* two bank statements relating to two different bank accounts, both related to my address, both photographs of paper copies.

* two bank cards, front and back, related to these statements, both related to my address, and one related to my K8 account.

* government issued birth certificate: two pictures of the full document, and two pictures of clearly photographed close ups.

* a dated selfie portrait (!!) while standing beside my birth certificate.

* pdf copy of a bank statement relating to both my address and the K8 account.

Still not enough apparently.

TLDR: You are free to put money in and lose, but if you have the cheek to win, then you will probably have a nervous breakdown trying to get it out.

Stay away, just stay away.

Hi i know there is alot of negative review about this company but for me its a 5/5 i registered on tuesday verified on wednesday and whithdrew ended up with a withdraw winnings of £200 of a £10 bet 😊. So for me its a 👍

The worst betting company I've ever used, purposely drag their heels when it comes to withdrawals. You get asked to send more documents than you would if you were applying to live in another country.
