I have purchased several products from K9. All items are extraordinary quality. When one had a very minor flaw my concerns were addressed quickly. Great customer service! I suppose I need to get a few more dogs so I can buy more of their products???

I have an old English Bulldog that’s 15 months old and he has completely destroyed every bed I have purchased!!
Finally I bought him a K9 ballistic bed and he has tried everything to destroy it!! The only damage he has successfully done is on the cover where the zipper and Velcro meet he chewed a hole there and I couldn’t believe it K9 ballistic sent me a new cover because they have a 120 day chew guarantee!! What an excellent company!! I would recommend them 100% to anyone yes it’s expensive but I spent more overall buying and replacing cheaper beds without a warranty!!
The math in my experience is K9 ballistic has a superior product and worth every penny!!
Don’t get sticker shock!! The warranty and extremely good construction is worth more in my opinion

Amazing Dog Bed! I have three of these and all three are loved by my large dogs. They enjoy sleeping on them and they cannot destroy them!! I highly recommend the bed.

Great product. Our dog has chewed through every beg except this one. Expensive, but well worth the price.

This is the second bed I have purchased. The first one lasted eight years but just wore out. My GSD absolutely loves this bed. I will never buy any other bed for her kennel.

Great quality product ! Our dog destroyed 4 beds prior to this purchase. It’s been a month now and he hasn’t been able to destroy this bed. I would agree that the bed is indestructible!!

We have gone through many beds with our now 1 yo Black Lab. He chews and digs at them then removes any cushioning within days. We had resorted to not having any soft surfaces in his kennel. This lead to pressure points and swelling on his elbows. The K9 Ballistic raised bed was the perfect answer. He unsuccessfully tried to dig at it. It's the first bed that has survived. We've had it a little over a month he loves it and the swelling in his elbows is gone. This is an excellent product. I would definitely recommend.

My dog chewed up the corners of the crate bed. The corners were zip tied down and my dog ripped off the zip ties and chewed through the corners of the bed. The bed cannot be used now!!

I bought the herding ball and within 10 minutes it popped! Yes, I followed the directions. Also, the harness I bought was supposed to fit my dog and it does not at all!!! You can tighten it, but it will not stay that way! Do not buy!!!

First and foremost, k9 ballistics has great products. I was so surprised and happy that my Catahoula Leopard Dog could not tear up his bed, that i purchased a second one.

The service was wonderful. I ordered the wrong size (don't know what i was thinking) and k9 ballistics worked with me to return and replace the dog bed.

I am the biggest skeptic when it comes to certain things, especially dog beds because I went thru so many; I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised.

Easy to find what I was looking for at a great price

A,axing quality! SUPER durable and my dog loves it.

Their website malfunctioned and added a bunch of extra products to my order. Then they ignored my email attempts to correct it until the duplicate items had already been embroidered, now claiming that they weren't returnable. They don't respond to their emails or texts until they accidently pick up the phone on you.

Update: Once I threatened with California Consumer Protection laws, they "found" a way to make the accounting work to get me the refund I was due.

Ordered an Xtra large dog bed from K9. Bed was late arriving and had to contact the company several times before the bed was finally delivered. I also ordered an additional xtra large dog bed cover which has not been received despite sending multiple messages and emails. They have now blocked me on Facebook and I have been contacted independently by several people who have placed orders and not received the goods. Be warned this is a scam company who will take your money then shut you down. I will be reporting to Trading Standards and my bank. I have also notiFIED Facebook as they advertise on the Facebook site. DO NOT BUY SCAM COMPANY

Sells defective dog harness. Product failed within 3 months. Pointed out design flaw which caused the same exact issue on multiple harnesses. Won't refund or acknowledge the issue. Dangerous product should be avoided.

I was really impressed by the quality of the Tough Rectangle Dog Bed (and cleverly hiding the zipper the under velcro. My new Cavapoo puppy had chewed through her first bed and rejected the second cheap one I bought as a placeholder for the K9 bed. The k9 bed passed the test --she climbed right on. The bed and the crate pad have withstood two months of scratching, gnawing, and digging and still look great. (Nice touch with the K9 tennis ball---but she destroyed it!) The crate pad fits in the Diggs crate even with the puppy divider. (Three crate pads bit the dust in the first two weeks.) I thought the plastic ties and loops were a well-thought-out idea. I have since bought the Chew-Proof elevated mesh bed for the outside. Great products. Thank you.
