Absolutely fantastic

Absolutely fantastic. My boy has 2 of these bolster beds now they are fabulous, sometimes I find myself sitting on them because they are so comfortable!

I requested for a custom order this time so I could put it in my dogs crate and although I was told the cover may not fit perfect as it's custom it actually does fit perfect we are very happy!!! Thank you so much. I don't think there are any dog beds in the UK quite as good quality as these!!!

Plus Josh is super helpful and friendly! 100% recommend!

Great Customer Experience

Wouldn’t bed a dog bed from anywhere else. I’ve currently got the XL and Medium with spare covers. Our Neapolitan Mastiff and Bulldog love them and received fantastic customer service from Josh. Highly recommended.

Fantastic dog beds

I’ve been using this company for beds since 2018 and always had a fantastic experience. The bolster bed we bought has lasted 6 years and still going strong. Covers are improved from the original with stronger zippers and the waterproof covers seem more durable than the originals too. These beds really do last the test of time.

So comfy for 10 yr old golden.

My 10 yr old golden has arthritis and hip dysplasia.
I was looking for a bed to suit her needs , and came carried K9 beds .
Ordered the XL, delivery was really quick.
Elsa loves the bed and decided to have a bit of a lay in on the first morning.
I have sat on it as well , and can confirm it is so comfy, much more so than my bed 😆.

K9 XL Bed

The XL bed arrived today following a quick & fuss free delivery. As soon as the bed came out of the box my dog was on it before I could place it and he hasn't moved for the last half hour. It's a definite thumbs up from him 👍

Amazing bed

Amazing bed, such good quality my boys love it. They have had so many beds over the years this is the best one ever. They sleep on it, play on it and eat their bones on it. It is amazing service amazing product, worth every penny.

Great bed!

Great bed!! Lovely thick foam so really comfy!
My boy has arthritis and elbow dysplasia so it's important he is supported.
He jumped on it soon as it came out the box and is currently snoozing away!

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. I emailed enquiring about my order and received a reply within half an hour.

The bed arrived on the date and timescale that I was advised.

Excellent quality

Got to say I was a little sceptical about these….but they are so good I bought my older BC a second one-yes I spent a bit more than I usually would but they are so comfortable,I’d happily sleep on one,really are excellent quality and worth every penny.my furball gives them a 5* thumbs up 😊🐶

K9 comfort Beds are truly the best!

K9 comfort Beds are truly the very best on the market today. We have purchased two beds now and one replacement cover. These orthopaedic beds are perfect for all dogs but are a must for dogs with arthritis. Our old Collie has never wanted to lay on any dog bed until we started using the K9 comfort beds. Not only that, K9 Comfort customer service is nothing less than exceptional. I couldn’t find the right size cover I needed due to our cheeky puppy chewing the original one, so I sent a direct message, within 5 minutes I had a reply with a direct link to what I needed to order and within just “15 minutes” I had completed my purchase with out any fuss whatsoever. I can’t rate K9 comfort Beds high enough! If I could rate them with 50*s I most definitely would! Thank you K9 Beds.

As always this company never lets us down

As always this company never lets us down. Zeus has had his bed about 3 years. Unfortunately we believe he got a little stressed last week as my partner went away for a week. He shredded his XL bolster bed. Luckily for me K9 had a sale on and I got him the next size up Jumbo size. Only took a couple of days for it to arrive and I have one happy boy, especially as his other mummy has arrived home from her trip away.
The bed is very big and I am running out of living room space but as long as he is happy I don't care.

Please avoid this company

Owner has told Trustpilot that this is not a genuine review so this might get taken down: Please avoid this company! Returns is like pulling teeth and they've effectively scammed me. Please don't waste your money or have the same headache as me.

After waiting two weeks for a response to my email requesting a return I was told I wasn't allowed to as it had been unboxed (which isn't at all legal). I sent it back in perfect condition, paid £8 for shipping myself, heard nothing for a week. After chasing them I eventually was told a refund had been processed and almost three weeks after that I still haven't got my refund. They have the bed and my money.

Screenshots are available for all my dealings with them in case they try and explain it away or make excuses. I'm happy to send these on request if you DM me.

Also the bed smelt really weird and was far too firm for medium sized dog, he actually preferred to sleep on the floor 🙈

Edit: the company finally refunded my money shortly after posting reviews. I paid £8 to ship the return myself and this was refunded too + an extra £2.

Just to address some things from the owners response:

Reviews are not posted instantly on Trustpilot, and I did post the review before they refunded me - it just takes a while for this platform to publish the post. Other reviews such as on Google and their Facebook page were published instantly and I got a response within 5 minutes of posting these.

That being said, it's incredibly unprofessional for the owner to have searched me personally and bring up my totally unrelated small business in his response to my review here.
To clarify, I did refuse to speak over the phone. It was late on Friday evening for one and I thought it prudent to have everything in writing due to the constant lack of communication over several weeks and at every part of the process.

I believe I would not have received a refund had I not left bad reviews 3 weeks after the owner claimed to have refunded me. It took them looking bad to finally send my money back! It took 2 months in total to reach a resolution.

Please message me for screenshots if you're worried about making an expensive purchase so you can make an informed decision. At one point he even said he'd refund me only if I took the reviews down, which he later took back after being questioned on it 🙈😬

Really disappointed you’ve left this review after being refunded £97 on an £87 order (yes £10 more than you paid I’m not sure if any other business would do that and this is a lesson for me to not do it again for a customer sadly). Please update the review to reflect your genuine experience with us.

I always go above and beyond for polite and courteous customers hence I gave you more money back than you paid. It breaks my heart when someone isn’t happy with our product/service hence the good will gesture. You did not have to chase instead you posted several negative reviews and comments on public forums instead of contacting me privately. You also didn’t want to speak on the phone so I could process the refund quickly whilst on the phone. You required everything in writing via Facebook messenger which isn’t an ideal form of contact.

Please do post the screenshots as I believe the messages show the difficulty of what I was dealing with. It’s much easier to resolve issues when people communicate in a kind and friendly manner. I note upon receiving the refund plus the £10 extra you immediately blocked us on social media.

I do hope you treat the clients of your dog walking business in a more kind and friendly manner. I’m sorry you feel the experience with us was such a negative one. To confirm you’ve been refunded £97 via bank transfer having only paid £87…the refund was done before you left this review.

EDIT:
Dani you advised me you were a dog walker and you would edit the negative reviews you have left online about us and in the dog walking groups that you are in as a professional on Facebook once you received the refund plus the £10 extra. As you can see from our other reviews anyone who is pleasant, polite and respectful has their issues sorted and are always left feeling they have had a positive experience.

To reiterate you have had a £97 refund on an £87 order yet you’re continuing to leave negative feedback about us online. We are a small family run business as you’re aware. I won’t be responding to you further.

Brilliant product

Excellent service from our initial enquiry through to delivery.
Our dogs took to their K9 dog bed relatively quickly and now jostle each other to be first on it. There is enough room on it for them both together and our Dutch Shepherd can stretch out. As he's the older dog, it's great to see how comfortable he is on there and how much more easily he can get up from.it than his previous bed. Our younger dog has previously had surgery for elbow dysplasia and she loves the comfort of the new bed. Highly recommended

POOR QUALITY bed cover! Do not buy!

I purchased a bed from this company over a year ago. After less than a month the cover disintegrated and was filled with holes. I contacted K9 comfort immediately and the customer service has been appalling.

I've been trying to sort this issue for well over a year and have been messed about by these people. They are full of excuses. They initially offered me a discount to buy a new one but the product has been out of stock for well over a year. After several months without replies to my messages, they asked me for my order details but have stopped replying ever since.

I recently found out that they changed their company’s name to “K9 beds” (March 2024) and now I've tried to check their website (k9comfort.co.uk) and it doesn't exist anymore! Maybe there were several people complaining and they decided to shut the business and open a new one with a different name.

EDIT after owner's reply:

I find it really disheartening that after ignoring my messages since January, it took you literally 1 hour to reply to my review. This says a lot about your customer service.

Also, please check your email. I contacted you on the 12/04/2023 regarding this issue, so just one month after I purchased it (not 8 months as you claim). After not receiving any reply, I've been trying to contact you since then through facebook and you were very slow to reply and didn't sort anything at the end.

I didn't use the code because why would I buy another standard cover since the first one disintegrated in less than a month? I was happy to buy the stronger one but it's been out of stock for over a year! So what do you suggest that I do, then?

By the way, you claim in your ads that the beds are super robust, so buying it at a heavily discounted price shouldn't affect the quality.

Anyway, it seems that if all goes well, there’s no problem. But the minute you have an issue with your order, the customer service is inexistent - and that’s my main complaint with this review. Please stop ignoring your customers!

The owner asked me to remove the negative review in exchange for a full refund. I've been very honest with all I've said so declined his "offer". It makes one wonder how many people has he bribed before to remove negative reviews?

You purchased a heavily discounted small bed from us for £15 over a year ago. 8 months post purchases you requested a free cover and refund on your order due to the fact your dog had ripped the cover. I did advise you would be better with the stronger cover but appreciate they haven’t been in stock so offered you a discount on the standard small cover. I note you haven’t used this discount or purchased one.

We have rebranded our name however as you can see from trustpilot and other review platforms this is not due to many people complaining as you have tried to claim. Id just like to highlight stating we are a scam is factually incorrect and slanderous. We are a small family run business who always do our best for our customer but sadly can’t offer an endless supply of free products/replacements.

I do however apologise that you feel this has been a negative experience.

EDIT:

Lu, as you keep coming back here to edit your review for the benefit of anyone reading this you’ve been offered; a discount code, refund and a replacement on an item you’ve had longer than 12 months and was used and damaged. None of these have suited you or you’ve declined them you’re perfectly inclined to leave the review (none of these were bribes as you’re now trying to claim they were resolutions you were requesting) but the harassment and false accusations of being scammed do need to stop now. I won’t be giving any further response.

Wish I’d brought it sooner. It’s amazing

The quality of these beds are unbelievable. We’ve had a lot of beds.
I’ve thought about purchasing one of these for a long time for our Rottweiler girl and staffy boy
I’m so glad I did. The bed is beautiful and so thick and comfortable. If you are like me and on the fence about buying one, buy it you won’t regret it. Your dog or dogs will love it.

Bolster bed

Ordered a bolster bed on the monday ,arrived on the friday,(n.I) great delivery .i have a pointer dog who likes to stretch out and loves his comfort and this amazing bed will give him that comfort .(( I ordered the large )) over the past 3 years ive just bought bed after bed for him all rubbish that fell apart .this bed is so thick and sturdy just like a proper mattress will
definalty last. My bed shopping is now at a end ,i had a bit of hesitation ordering from facebook ,so glad i did .would definalty recommend this company ,great service

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I have just returned from the vets after having to pay £1200 for emergency surgery. My dog almost died after a part of the foam came loose from the bed and got lodged in her throat. I am currently awaiting advice from my solicitor as what to do next.

Tried to contact this company but apparently they are going into liquidation, it’s probably due to other disgruntled customers.
