Comfy clean and big!

Such a good sized, well made, super comfy bed for our doggos. It’s so supportive but still so comfy for them and easy to clean! We’ve been through a fair few beds in our time and this by far is our favourite!

Great product …

Great customer service!,had an Issue with shipping & one phone call from Josh sorted.Great product & worth the PRICE! my 2 XL’s love it, I definitely should have gotten them the Jumbo sofa one( I’m an idiot)..but it’s one the list & the fact you can Klarna it makes it even more of winner !!

Great bed

We have taken delivery of a large bed today for our GSD he really loves sleeping in his crate but wanted to try a softer option for him as he’s getting a bit older now. I couldn’t get the bed out the box fast enough for him and he’s now been snoring away for a few hours 😂😂. The bed was delivered 5 days from order and it’s seriously well made and great it has removable covers. Now I need to order another as he’s not up for sharing with our other GSD 🤦🏼‍♀️

Bought one of the beds when he first…

Bought one of the beds when he first set up and the quality was great. However on my second purchase, they'd changed the foam they use and the covers (the covers are baggy and don't even fit snug). Shocking quality. What's even more shocking is their lack of customer service and the way they delete every comment on their Facebook page. Don't dare have an opinion!!! They are also using false advertising photos with legs on their sofa bed which is not even a product they sell. Stay away, spend your hard earned cash somewhere else.

Best dog beds available

This is the third bed I've bought from here, all of them still in daily use . Covers are easy to slip off and wash, the beds look great and my greyhounds love them. Excellent quality , comfy and supportive no matter the size of the dog. Have outlasted any other dog beds by a long way, so well worth the money.

Appalling customer service

Appealing customer service. I wanted the sofa bed but it was on back order so I chose the bolster as needed a bed immediately. Ordered on the 5th, emailed on the 15th asking where my bed is to be told that they are on back order and I wouldn't be getting it until 2nd/3rd week in March! No apology for the error in selling a product they didn't have in stock. Then to be told id have to wait 7-10 days for my refund even though he got my money instantly and didn't deliver the product I paid for. Rudeness, ignoring my emails only responding when I post my concern on Instagram (obviously he deleted Instagram comments so no one sees) then ignoring my second email to then reply 'I didn't realize that required a response' when I queried it!
I will always give my money to small businesses over large but NOT when their customer service is this poor!

Comfy beds.

Bought 2 large sofa style orthopaedic beds, which arrived in 9 days. They appear to be very comfortable - the dogs seem to like them so far (although only day 1). Plenty of room for them to stretch out.

Ordered the bed but..

Ordered the bed which was great, but my second order of two waterproof inner covers didn't arrive and when I contacted the company I was ignored. Had to raise a complaint via PayPal. So a mixed opinion.

Bought a bed for my German shepherd and…

Bought a bed for my German shepherd and nearly 3 years on now and the bed is still like the day I bought it, she’s even had a few accident on it and it’s still perfect. We bought her one for upstairs as well and she loves it. Shes suffering with arthritis now in her legs so this keeps her fully comfy and supported, definitely recommend

Top quality memory foam bed

Top quality memory foam bed that will ease our aging dogs joints. Bought the jumbo size and all 3 of our golden retrievers absolutely love it. It’s a massive hit and money well spent.

K9 Dog Beds

I’ve dogs of my own and look after a lot of other dogs and they all absolutely love these beds , they always sleep so well and look so comfortable. Beds never lose shape, I’ve 4 large Labradors and beds are just brilliant size.

In 4 years I have never had an issue…

In 4 years I have never had an issue with k9 Beds, I have 5 beds, 2 sofa ones and 3 bolster beds. The pups love them and use them all the time. We even take 3 of the beds on holiday with us to use as holiday beds aren't good, if any at all in the properties.
The covers have been great, I contacted josh today as one of the zips broke after 3 years, which is amazing considering the hammering the beds get with the Rossweilers (4 Rottweilers) I needed to order another cover, i had no problems at all, cover will be in the post today. Thankful as he had a spare still in Stock.
Bella our old girl has very bad arthritis, she would struggle without these beds.

Terrible customer service

Purchased a large dog sofa bed before Christmas, understanding it might take a while to arrive due to the Christmas period. After receiving an email not long after my order saying it was dispatched I waited patiently for the email from courier to say it was on the way. I hadn’t received anything for a while so got in touch with the company. Responses were really delayed, again I used my discretion as I know they are very busy making the beds and was advised the same. The bed arrived on the 10th Jan, not long after the response advising it had been made and was being dispatched. Honestly it is really frustrating as the bed itself is great quality, and I see many good reviews and speedy replies on social media from the company however, I can’t keep the bed for my dog as he is guarding the box firstly not allowing me to get it out. I decided against getting it out the box as he has shown these behaviours before and I know he will destroy the bed. I thought he had moved past these behaviours. I sent an email straight away explaining my dilemma, no response, 3 emails later and I still have had no contact. Unfortunately, despite the quality of the bed, I won’t be purchasing through them again due to this. I have to return the bed but have absolutely no faith in the whole process of returning and refunding. Meanwhile I have spent a lot of money on a bed I can’t use which I could return had I purchased from a large chain pet store. I’m all for supporting small businesses but this is not an acceptable way to treat customers. Before I gave up the fight I commented on a Facebook post asking them to get in touch. Straight away received a message asking me to email them and stating they reply to all emails in 2 days and asked when I emailed them. I reeled off the dates, surprise surprise no reply to my message. That was last week, still giving the benefit of the doubt but I realised the ghosting would not improve. I have privately sold the bed now and have lost money. Thanks a bunch!

Supportive and Quality,

My first bed was 3yrs ago for my dog with dysplasia and he loved it, it still looks like new now, no sagging. Then the new puppy was bought an XL one to grow into and he is now 60 kg. These beds have a lasting quality for heavyweight dogs so it made sense to purchase 2 more just before Christmas for upstairs. Communication was great from Josh as I desperatly wanted them to arrive for Christmas, he answered all my emails. Another good thing is that you can buy replacement parts if you need them.

A blessing!

We bought the XL bed for our 10 year old arthritic Golden Retriever. She absolutely loves it, a brilliant buy. We have gone through a few beds with her but this met the size, comfort and support that we had been looking for. 100% recommend investing in a K9 bed 🐕 thank you!

Ignored and then blackmailed to remove review!

We placed two orders a week ago, and have been trying to contact the company since. I emailed Sunday, Tuesday and again Friday. I have tried to contact twice via Facebook messenger and used the ‘contact us’ option on the web page. We received no response, so I began commenting on their posts asking for someone to contact me. No one contacted me, yet the comments kept miraculously disappearing. I then began commenting explaining that there had been no dispatch update, nor reply to my emails. These were also deleted. I then left this 1* review on Trustpilot and began to comment asking why my comments were being deleted.

Surprise surprise, they then rang and emailed. They did cancel the original order as I had asked, however Josh then told me that he had spotted this review and would withhold my second order if didn’t delete it. I did not appreciate being blackmailed so have since asked for the second order just to be cancelled. Josh has since replied to my husband’s Facebook message and told him that our second order would be cancelled if we didn’t delete the review. We did offer to update our review if/when the order arrived to reflect the quality of the product, but were told it would not be sent until we removed our review.

I wonder how many others have been blackmailed or persuaded to edit reviews that the company doesn’t agree with. All Facebook comments that are not 100% positive are also deleted.
