I ordered the Help Em Up Harness at least a week before christmas in a size large. What arrived was a harness in XL. I emailed them, explained the situation and they asked me to send it back, at my own expense, which I did.

I requested a replacement harness in large which is what I originally wanted. They said they would send a replacement which arrived today in the wrong size. Again in XL.

Considering i am paying £129 for this harness, I don't see why I should send it back AGAIN at my expense.

I wouldn't recommend this company and may have to reorder elsewhere, especially as my dog needs this harness now.

Do not use this company! I placed my order which came to approx £200 and over a week later I have received one item worth £10 with no response to my calls or email. Going through the bank to get my money back. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a used help em up harness that was purchased from this shop, and i can absolutely recommend this harness if you have a dog who has trouble lifting their back end, if they struggle to get upstairs or if they struggle to get into car or walk up a dog ramp, this harness is absolutely amazing for helping hold up your dog if they hips are collapsing when trying to deficate also, my son misplaced the harness while i was on holiday so iv decided to buy one brand new for £122.45 which i cannot afford as im unemployed but i know how much this helps my dog and it saves me slipping more discs in my spine or getting painful backs die to bending over to help lift my dogs back end and i would NEVER spend anywhere near this amount on a dog harness if it was not a huge game changer and it helps my dog with failing hips due to severe arthritis in his back end, now hes a 14 years old large labradoodle but has arthritis everywhere on him now but hes still a happy playful boy but definitely struggling alot with his hips but he still wants to go out walks and with this amazing harness i can help him massively and lift his back end without hurting him because i do notice if i try lifting him myself that it’s painful for him sometimes but with the help em up harness he shows no signs of pain when i use the harness to lift him up.. if your debating buying this help em up harness, dont debate any longer as this is the best device iv EVER purchased in the full 14 years of my dogs life & my dog’s been mega spoiled over the yeard and iv had many dogs previously, honestly its an absolute game changer!! JUST BUY IT!!
