I bought a Rover sack so I could take my bulldog on cycles. It is a nice rucksack, my dog is safely lodged in it and she can come along. The waste belt came loose the first time we used it, so I complained to the company. They sent me a new Rover free of cost! We haven't had any problem with it and I was impressed by their customer service.
I have bought two of these, the previous model and the updated. They are both very good products.
But, do not expect any customer service other than atrocious. I ordered patches for the backpack and when they arrived they are not the correct size. I emailed customer service who replied saying that they can never be 100% correct, for the price I expect the item to be as described and to fit correctly. Since their first email they have not responded to any of my subsequent emails.
So basically they are not taking any responsibility for their products nor are they replying to emails and they offer not zero service but less than zero service,
I am appalled at their lack of concern for their customers and the way they are more than happy to sell shoddy and unfit accessories.
