I had a disappointing experience with Karaj Jaipur. I requested cancellation of order on Dec 30 2025 due to delayed response from their team. And placed a new order with them for. Instead of issuing a refund, they processed a store credit without my consent.
I clearly requested a refund to my original payment method as i already placed a different order with them, but the issue remains unsolved. VERY UNRESPONSIVE.
No communications after placing order online. Keep messaging no one answer .please don’t purchase with them.
They charged you delivery fee for international but not provided tracking details.
