Ordered security cameras from Danjun ecommerce Limited. When they arrived the packaging was crushed and saturated. I tried many times over a two month period to email the company to arrange a return/refund. On each occasion my emails bounced back with a message that the mailbox was full. Sorry that I can't rate them lower than 1 star.

I wouldn’t even then give them a one star if I had to I ordered the shoes they delivered to the wrong address months later and offered no refund they are pathetic don’t spend a cent with them

I just saw an add for this on YouTube. Just thought I'd check the rewiews first. Glad I did because I wont be buying anything from this site. YouTube should be ashamed for letting these crap adds on thier channel.

They will steal from you. I told them that I never ordered from their site and told them to cancelled the order. They are still saying that they are sending shoes I did not order and asked them to cancel. Scammers. I will be filing with a federal agency to report them.

total scam..waited 6 months was told your sunglasses have arrived but there is no stock left...stay clear dont by anything from this site ..wasted 80 buks on sunnys that never turned up....

I do hope this is not unethical, but I clicked on an add advertising the iPhone wallet as it caught my eye and looked expensive, and I immediately noticed the ticking clock and super discount etc. That led to very poor descriptions in the link. Why do I feel that when a company claiming to be high-end has no interest in finding even one English speaking person or company to help with the descriptions, and that it indicates some cover for a cheap imitator?… Thank you all the reviewers for steering me away. Companies such as these should be clearly black -listed and put out of business.

Company has attractive ads. Bought a nice sweater but sizing 3x was smaller than advertised. Since company is apparently in Asia a return is EXPENSIVE. After a few emails they offered about a 20% refund. Ugh!

I will not do business with them again.. or any on line company that does not have a USA return address.
The sweater is nice tho the zipper is small

Do not do business with them, they sent uk sizes instead of U.S. sizes customer service is horrible. I advise anyone not to buy anything from them. Sent the shoes back and still haven't received them and it's been over two and a half months.

I ordered a pair of house slippers. They are so narrow that they would not fit my 8 year old. They are made of some type of cheap plastic or vinyl that is nothing like they advertised. I have asked to return the item, but from the other reviews I just read concerning this company it would appear that its not going to happen. This product suck!!!

My boyfriend ordered a iPhone 11 case with credit card holder, the website stated it's "luxury leather". It took 1 1/2 months received the product, the product looks faux leather and cheap. I found exact the same product on Amazon.com for $15.99 and it stated faux leather.

Awful company, perhaps I should have known better ordering shoes that were clearly coming from China. The sizing is ridiculous, I ordered a UK Size 12 and the shoes I received were barely a Size 10. When I emailed them asking for a refund or exchange they replied saying that they had sent the Size ordered and that their own estimates on sizing are completely different to basically everyone else. And then... they told me they would do me a 'special deal' to send me another pair in the size I actually ordered.

That's $50+ straight down the drain as UK consumer law apparently doesn't apply to them in terms of distance selling online i.e. they will refuse to honour refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

AVOID LIKE THE ABSOLUTE PLAGUE. Seriously. I don't leave reviews often but this company are a scam.

Bought 2 coats online for 119$..they charged my account twice.theres no way to get in contact with them..I emailed them over and over again with no response...after reading BBB reviews, i believe ,Ive been scamed,and robbed by this company...advertisement looked legit on YouTube..YouTube should be held responsible also for the scam and the fraudulent advertising it runs..I have no belief that the merchandise is being delivered or my money returned ever. My bank said to shut down the card immediately and i did..HATE THIEVES

First of all took 2 months to receive shoes ,finally received them squashed in plastic bag very cheap looking shoes all out of shape reduced from $120 US what a scam this company should be shut down don’t go near them should had read reviews first

I order about six pairs of shoes. During that time only three came, the other shoes never showed up. The company claim they shipped them. Of course, due to the company being based in Asia were are so so out of luck. Customers be careful where your hard earn money is going stay state side. Please its no fun haggling for a refund. I had a completely different experience from everyone else here. I ordered a pair of trainers and they came within two weeks. I was sceptical up until I had the shoes unwrapped from the packaging but they are totally fine!

I suspect this is scam company. I ordered a wallet back in April and it never arrived. In August they agreed to send another one. Still no sign of it by October 12th. I suspect nothing has ever been sent. They seem quite responsive via email but I suspect they are just stringing me along.

I placed my order two months ago still have not received my order as of yet 10/9/2020. No response from customer service. Very bad company if you can call them that. More of a scam in my opinion

Crappy lens,faded after a 2 weeks cant even wear them,better off spending the extra money and get something better

I ordered some shoes and then read the reviews and thought oh dear what have i done !
Well about 14 days after placing the order the shoes have arrived --not a bad timescale considering they're shipped from China.They look just like they did on the website and there construction appears to be of good quality so no complaints.
