Scammers

First off the size was wrong and tag labeled “46” instead of normal sizing number. Big time run around via email on requesting an exchange. Person stated they would give a $7 refund and 20% off if I wanted to reorder them, however, this was after they suggested I give the shoes to someone who could wear them! I told them to give me a refund that I would not purchase another pair and was told I would have to cover return cost. They are scammers out of China, do not waste your money, go to a reputable site for shoes that generally always accept exchanges and refunds. They will never get another purchase from me I am assure you!

Do not buy anything from Kaegrel.

I bought a pair of bare feet shoes from Kaegreel. I ordered a size 13 and received a Size 11. Or size 45. Very very small. Cannot get my foot in the. So I email customer service and not email response. Just press catcpa and get run around so many times. Comment is constantly wrong match. Then the website closes and I start over again. I spent two hours trying to return these shoes. Never buy anything from them. Roy Bridgland

Just don't order from this company
They blame you for shoes that don't fit and ask to send pictures. Wasting your time. Then I was offered 12 dollars and 20% off new order and keep the shoes and would that be satisfactory. Not. Most likely will never get my money from these crooks

Kaegreel snow boots that were…too small and were NOT marked anywhere for sizing.

Received Kaegreel snow boots that were very small, but did not have any sizing marked on the boots anywhere. Contacted them and they told me sizing was marked. Not so.
They offered me a $4 refund and 20% discount on another pair. I told them I wanted to return with a full refund. Not sure this will happen
This is AI generated response with basically NO customer service. Last email said they were extremely busy and may take a while for further response.
I should have known better. When there is no customer service phone # stay away.
Just another Chinese scam company.
I do not recommend doing business with Kaegreel,.

I requested exchange for wrong size on…

I requested exchange for wrong size on a Friday . I received an email on Monday offering me $4 and a 20% discount to keep the shoes. When I responded No thank you, the following day I received an email offering me $6 refund and a 25% discount, I responded no thank you and the following day received an email offering me $8 and a 30% discount and attaching a return form to complete that includes all of the information located within the email. There is no way I am purchasing another pair of shoes from this seller. Aside from the wrong size, the workmanship is shotty. They mirror a croc bottomed slipper, certainly not the recovery shoes they were marketed for.

If you want or need to return the shoes…

If you want or need to return the shoes you receive, it will take several emails to arm wrestle a return address from Kaegreel. And the return address is in Guangzhou, China. The least expensive USPS rate is currently $32 for a 1 lb package. Good luck.

This is a scam company. Boot pair were two different sizes. Sent photos of inside length of both boots and KAEGREEL refuses to reimburse me. They give you a run around and try to deflect any resolution.

Avoid at all costs, this is a scam operation.

Garbage shoes

Junk company with a junk product and a junk refund policy. I bought 2 pairs of snow boots from this company, and both pairs are too small despite the website saying they'll fit up to a 1/2 size larger. Furthermore, the insoles for one of the shoes did not fully fit in the shoe and left a large gap that scratched the hell out of my foot in the 3 minutes I had them on. I took a picture of this defect to return and was told by their customer "service" that the insole could be removed and replaced, so it wasn't a defect. They then offered me a $4 refund (less than 5% of my original order) and 20% off another pair. Talk about insulting. The quality control and assurance process is a failure, and the customer "service" is even worse. Screw this company.
