Outstanding Value - A Must-Have for Families Visiting Austrian Carinthia! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had such a lovely summer in Austrian Carinthia, and the Kärnten Card was absolutely the best investment we made! For €211 for our family (2 adults + 1 child) valid for 35 days, this card perfectly covered our stay and opened up incredible experiences we never would have discovered otherwise. (The full season card costs slightly more - had I known we'd want to stay even longer, I would have chosen that option!)
**Amazing attractions we enjoyed:**
- **Bergbahnen Gerlitzen Alpe** - normally €30 per person, completely free with the card! The panoramic mountain views were breathtaking.
- **Obir Tropfsteinhöhlen** - fascinating limestone cave tours (just paid €5 per person for the bus transport)
- **Aussichtsturm Pyramidenkogel** - spectacular 360-degree views from this unique wooden observation tower
- **Raggaschlucht** - stunning natural gorge with beautiful swimming pools, perfect for cooling off
Plus we enjoyed wood adventure parks, climbing activities, bird of prey shows, historic castles, trampoline parks, natural hiking trails, and so many swimming pools and adventure baths - all included!
The variety is incredible - something for every family member and every weather condition. Just the cable car alone would have cost us €90, so we saved money from day one.
**What impressed us most:** Even after our extended summer stay, we barely scratched the surface of what's available. There's so much packed into this card that you could easily spend weeks exploring and still discover new attractions.
**Bottom line:** If you're planning a longer stay in Austrian Carinthia with family, this is absolutely essential. The Kärnten Card doesn't just save you money - it transforms your vacation into an adventure of discovery. We're already planning our return visit!
