DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I placed an order on June 26th. The company says it ships in 3 days. I looked it up, and it says they are in Casper, WY. On July 5th, I requested that they cancel the order. I wanted the shirt for July 4th. On July 6th I got an email that the item had shipped and therefore they could not cancel the order. They shipped it after they got my email. On July 23, I got a, "your order has been delivered". It had not been delivered. I sent another email stating that I would contact the attorney general's office regarding the fraud that their company represents. They are in China, not Wyoming. Didn't ship in 3 days. Didn't cancel the order before it shipped. Said it was delivered when it wasn't. I received the shirt on August 11th. It is awful. Horrible, cheap material, and the print is blurry. I cannot get a refund.

Worse experience ever. How are they even a business. This is the biggest scam company I’ve come into contact with. I ordered a t shirt for July 4th still today I have not received my shirt. I have emailed this company 5 times and the only response I get is wanting to know how I’m enjoying my shirt and wanting me to rate my order. It’s really 100 below 0 . I don’t understand why this company is still a business if that’s what you want to call it. I’ve sent email after email and NOTHING. I understand completely why there’s no phone number bc this is a scam from hell. I’m getting my bank involved now just to get my $30+ dollars back from my order I have never received . Sucks to get scammed and it’s a shame we as citizens can’t do anything about someone scamming us ..

This was the worst experience ever in my purchase history. First, I bought
this shirt on your website on June 10, 2026. Your website status changed to
On the Way on June 17th. You gave me a tracking number on 17Track which was
XSECN2602048541YQ and I tracked it for 2 weeks with nothing as to status.
It said waiting for details. I sent and email to your customer service on
June 27 requesting what happened to my order and where is it. NO ONE
responded. I received an email on July 1 asking me for feedback on how I
liked my order? How can I give feedback on an item that I never received?
I sent another email to your customer service on July 1 asking what happened
to my order and where is it? NO ONE responded. I kept statuses daily on
the 17Track number and it finally showed at transit point on July 5. It
says it was picked up by CN on 7/5 at sort facility. On 7/7 it showed
handed over to airline. On 7/7. Then it showed released by customs on 7/8
and departed country. It said it arrived at Destination hub on 7/9 and
started the customs clearance process. On 7/11 it showed in transit to
local post office. Now 11 days later it shows in Queens New York? Why
would it go to New York when Los Angeles is 5,000 miles closer from China?
On 7/22 it went to sort distribution center in Queens NY on 7/22. At this
point it was within US postal Service handling. I have USPS mail and
package tracking APP and it never showed up as coming to my address at any
time. This should have been in 2 - 3 days from New York. On 7/31 17Track
showed it At USPS facility in Plano, Texas. Still no USPS package tracking.
On 8/1, it showed at local USPS Plano Post office. Still no USPS tracking.
On 8/3 17Track showed it was out for delivery. Not delivered. So, I went
to Post office on 8/4 asking about the tracking and the package. I spoke
with the Postmaster and the Mail person for that route and they both said
there was no package to be delivered. Then on 8/4 it showed Delivered Left
with Individual at 9:10am. My wife and I were both outside for that time
and I went back to recheck at post office. Neither the postmaster nor the
mailman delivered any package at that time. Not only that but the mailman
didn't leave the post office until after 11:00am to start route. So How
could it be delivered at 9:10 when the postman never left until 11:00? This
has been a large scam and absolutely the worst customer service and
non-responsiveness ever. It is quite likely that this email will not see
the light of day at this address nor be responded to. So, I will address my
feedback post appropriately. Please note order acknowledgement 6/10 and
reported delivery on 8/4. Well beyond 30 days in fact almost 60 with no
package.

I ordered 3 shirts on June 14th and paid with a credit card. I have never received the shirts, and have emailed them with no response. I also ordered 250th merchandise, and also, like other reviewers would give them 0 stars if it were possible. It seems this is a scam.

This is not a reputable company and consumers shouldn't order from them. I am now trying to get a refund, but so far have reached a dead end.

Why the wrong dates?

I would have also given a 0 if it was available. Ordered merchandise, credit card charged but no delivery. Also "left with individual" but not here and not handed to me I am the only resident here. DO NOT ORDER from Kaeslyth! Emailed several times no response and no refund as of today.

Horrible. Don’t use. Waited three weeks for delivery and clothing is cheap and ill fitting. Horrible experience. I’m waiting to hear back to get refunded. Gee…I wonder if I’ll ever hear from them.
