Terrible attitude of personnel.
We were 2 families (2 babies and 4 adults) who wanted to have lunch. First they gave us super small sofa in the corner, never the less place was almost empty and after we all took ours and babies clothes off, were ready make an order one of the waitress came to our table and said we couldn't sit together because of security reasons in case of fire. We asked how else we should sit to be together, they suggested sit at 2 different tables with condition that one person should sit on the sofa and another on the chair on another side of the table. When we asked how can we do it with 2 babies who should be supervised and fed by one of the person they suggested us to leave because they have no options for us.
Again, place was almost empty (no surprise why). So we had to leave.
Will definitely not recommend to anyone and will never go there again.
We walked a bit further and found another place Ristorante L’Imperatore CPH where they welcomed us with our strollers, brought us 2 baby chairs in no time. The food was excellent, we got our orders very fast, they suggested pasta for kids and our toddlers absolutely loved it. We had seafood pasta, beef meat with truffle sauce and mushrooms and everything tasted yammi, portions were big. Tiramisu and coffee were excellent way to finish our meals. Staff were super friendly, we truly enjoyed our time there and if you will be in neighbourhood by all means go there (100m away from Kapers), you will be pleasantly surprised and for sure avoid Cafe Kapers!!!!
Cafe Kapers is sad, kids and family not friendly place! Shame on you!
