I had a very positive experience with Kaiia The Label customer support. Although I had an issue with shedding on both the jacket and joggers, Amy & Anna handled the situation professionally, kindly, and very quickly. They listened to my concerns, reviewed the photos carefully, and offered a fair solution that I really appreciated.

Customer support issues
I orderd 4 items, all of which were returned and even though it states all items have been returned i have not received a refund for one of the items. I contacted customer support who said this has been returned and to wait up to 5 working days. I have since waited a week and still no improvements. They did clarify that the item was not damaged etc. I contacted klarna who told me that this return has not been submitted correctly on there end and even after having a reply from customer support which clearly shows one item hasn't been refunded i am no further forward. The return process is also a lengthy process.
