The quality of the kettle is highly questionable as the finish at the base of the spout started blistering after only 2 or 3 months and is now peeling off but I was told by Kaiser that this was not covered under the warrantee which is unbelievable!! I’ve had kettles less than half this price for 10 years and never had this problem. I expect better from an item costing £115!! I was then told by customer service how to clean the kettle!! Very patronising. The toaster doesn’t always stay down from the outset. Very annoying!! The microwave is fine so far. Lovely looking items but not happy with either the kettle and toaster!!
