Poor service. Ordered 2 pairs of PCB shears & 1 pair of cutters on 13/11. Both items are still listed as in stock on their website. Shears say 7-10 days delivery and cutters say next day delivery if ordered by a certain time.
Order acknowledgement on 13/11 gave us 2-4 weeks delivery. When we chased them on 10/12, this seems as though Christmas is now being blamed for a delivery well into January.
It is pretty obvious Kaisertech don't hold stocks in the UK of various items on their website, and only order from their supplier when they receive an order here. No problem with this if people pull all the stops out to satisfy a customer, but this is clearly not happening in their supply chain for our order.
We needed these tools for a job here and have been let down.
Ordering hand tools on 13/11 and probably not receiving them until mid/end of Jan. is not acceptable in my opinion, and although I have had reasonable experiences many years ago with this company, I won't be using them in the future.
Don't be fooled by reasonable looking prices - saving a few pounds may not be worth it in the long run.

I placed my order and it was delivered to Scotland in less than 24.5 hours. Excellent customer service from Nura who was extremely polite and helpful. The replacement filters for my fume extractor were significantly cheaper than other sources. Brilliant service all around - I'm seriously impressed as I have no downtime especially with the Christmas rush for orders! Thank you.

Fantastic service and product, I bought the Quick 957D+ Lead Free Hot Air Rework Station. Kaisertech were out of stock of the unit I originally wanted so they upgraded the model free and had next day delivery from an order placed at 1630. Thank you Lydia :-)

I purchased one of the Luxo magnifying lamps - they had a few different types so I called to confirm which one is the one I need. Super helpful and efficient sales person answered promptly and supplied the info I was after in no time. The website stated up to 6 weeks lead time from the manufacturer, so I was very pleasantly surprised to get an email just over a week later advising that the lamp has been shipped from the warehouse. It arrived well packaged and in a perfect condition (unlike my previous one). The lamp itself is amazing - I have worked with a few over the years and just last year I bought a medical one from another brand at the same price which was a major mistake. The light colour and brightness, the options for dimming one side and the lens clarity are the best I have ever seen, in a league of their own above anything else on the market.
I will be recommending Kaisertech to my students and colleagues as a supplier of the Luxo lamps.
While browsing the website I also spotted an interesting stereo microscope. I enquired with the sales team and they provided a quote on the same day with plenty of details on all options. I cannot fault their customer service.
