Terrible customer service and post-purchase support
Prices are not bad, but customer service and post-purchase support are terrible. They won't answer e-mails, and if they are finally forced to - they will still do their best not to actually help. They don't want to update my company information in their own system, and because of that I can't process the import customs control of their package. They won't provide documents required by our customs authorities. I only order here if I really, really have to, because the stress is not worth the price difference.

Buy with caution and don't believe the accuracy of the website.
Wanted to buy an SMD rework station. The price looked ok and the website was stating the item was in stock and if purchased would have next day delivery, so paid the extra for fast delivery, expecting the item to arrive next day.
Next day received a phone call, no apologies, just to inform me the item should hopefully be in stock in 2 to 3 weeks time, but could be a bit longer. Pointed out that the website indicated that it was in stock and had paid for the item and next day delivery, so if that wasn't the case I wanted an immediate refund so I could buy from someone else.
Was informed the website information wasn't accurate and they are aware of this (but it would appear have no intention of correcting).
Their accounts department then sat on the refund request and my money for 2 weeks before issuing the refund.
So could have been a good buying experience, but in the end just found out that none of the website information can be trusted, items are not in stock and won't be for weeks, and they will hold onto your money in their bank account for as long as they possibly can and don't expect to see your money back for 2 to 3 weeks (and it won't be any sooner).
Very Disappointed. When you order something for a few hundred pounds, if the item is stated as being in stock, it should be, and if they say next day delivery, it should be. Buyer beware.

Terrible company! As a distributor PLEASE SHOP for the same product else where, Communication is awful and cannot ship deliveries at all or on time. Communication is not good at all.
