They Care About You

This is a US based co. that manufacturers and sources their ingredients from the US as well. They test all of their ingredients and publish their test results on their site. Their customer service rep Annette was prompt in her response(s) to me, kind, an effective communicator, incredibly knowledgeable and she actually cared about my individual health and quality of life in the short and long term. If you are health conscious and want to vape I highly recommend Kai's Virgin Vapor juice for your vape.

Original Owner Back!

Thank goodness this company is back with the original owner again. It was run by Vape Craft for a few years and they just did not give a fig! So happy the original owner is back. 5 star customer service again and incredible product!

Don’t listen to these other bot…

Don’t listen to these other bot accounts posting fake negative reviews. This company is absolutely amazing! They make the BEST TASTING vape juice in the world. And they use no chemicals for their vape juice!

When they take down social media it’s a sign they are going under

Ditto on the fact they were great prior to 2025. Haven’t gotten my order and they keep making excuses after a month of asking for a response. They said they were out and won’t give me a refund so I have disputed as well. Said they had previously messaged me and keep making an excuse. NEVER again will I order from them nor will I recommend.

Terrible Customer Service

I have faithfully ordered from this company for years, spending untold amounts of money. When items went missing from my recent shipment, they basically told me just to re-order and they would not be making it right. Completely mind boggling to me that such awful customer service still exists, especially when your whole business is centered around shipping products to people. So, unless you enjoy flushing money down the toilet I would not risk ordering from them.

Company Lacks Basic Customer Service Skills

My package was clearly lost by USPS and Sara C. from customer service department refuses to help me until I have waited twenty days from the time I ordered. I have spent thousands of dollars with them over the years and she refuses to simply inquire as a courtesy. That is all I asked for, a simple inquiry, and I was denied.

I placed an order on 6/2/2024

I placed an order on 6/2/2024. After waiting 5 days with no shipping information, I placed a call and left a voice mail. No response. I emailed customer service and did receive an answer stating the product was not available, and did I perhaps want something different. I did not, so opted to wait in the queue for delivery. 5 more days passed, so I inquired again. Was informed they were still awaiting the product. Was offered a gift card. I asked to have my order cancelled and a refund processed. It's going to take 5-10 business days for this. Meanwhile, I went to the website to see if one could still order the product, and, sure enough, you can. Dishonest to say the least. Won't be doing business there again.

I will no longer do business with Kai’s…

I have need doing business with Kai’s Virgin Vapor for several months. On December 24th I placed an order with my cell phone using their discount code, at the end of the process, the code didn’t apply so I started all over and again entered the code. I got the same result so I thought maybe the code would apply when I processed the order. Realizing that it did not, I called and left a detailed message and sent not 1 but 2 emails, one from the website and one from the order conformation explaining what happened asking for either the charge adjustment or cancelation of the order. All my request were ignored, the whole amount applied to my card and the order was processed and shipped. The discount was for 40% off. I couldn’t afford all I ordered without the discount and since it wasn’t adjusted, the draft for my medication was declined. I am taking my business to another company.

Fake reviews / Gross flavors

Their reviews on their website must be fake. They taste horrible. Can't even finish a tank. I feel like I'm going to charge fraud for sending me something that is not as advertised. Tried death by chocolate and the flavor is disgusting. I love chocolate. I also love dark chocolate. Nothing should be flavored like 100% dark unsweetened baking chocolate, and the flavor is weak too. It's just gross. After countless phone calls, they still don't pick up the phone.

Kai's Virgin Vapor SUCKS

Kai's Virgin Vapor sucks! Their flavors are decent but WAY overpriced. Do some research before you buy from these people and you will see that they are ripping people off. On top of the that, their customer support SUCKS. Actually, it's non existent. If you have any problems - you'll never hear back from them. This is the type of business that makes people regret shopping online. Why have a business if you treat your customers like crap?

After a few hiccups..they’re back

There was 1 time that I ordered back in May when I couldn’t reach anyone….e-mail bounced back, phone disconnected and no response on an order ticked I placed. I was getting nervous so I put in a dispute with my CC company. Days later I had my order.
Since then I’ve ordered numerous times and the customer service couldn’t be better as well as my Death by Chocolate vape juice. I now get my order in 2-3 days across the country and couldn’t be happier.

Kai’s Virgin Vapor absolute worst customer service actually there is no customer service

Kai’s Virgin Vapor does not answer their phone, my sister ordered a week ago and it says it has not been fulfilled, all of their emails are returned undeliverable. we texted the number and did not get an error so we know it went through but they don't care enough to even respond.
who does business like this? dude; if being in business is so inconvenient to you why waste potential good customers' time, money, and energy. all kinds of extra fees only the option to fed ex 15 dollars shipping. no other options. their website offers a discount on your first order if you sign up so when you sign up you get nothing so that is a lie. seriously what is wrong with you? why don't you just close up shop if we are so inconvenient?

No Customer Service - Phone and Email disconnected

I have been a customer for 2 years and order regularly. This order, they double charged me. No big deal, mistakes happen right? Well… not when the company seems SHUT DOWN.

Phone disconnected, I get a message back that support at kaisvirginvapor at gmail dot com (their customer support email address) doesn’t exist when I try to reach out and they haven’t answered any of the 8 support tickets I filled out on their website.

SHADY! They have lost a long time customer from me. How can you do business with ZERO customer service?!
