Same exact problem as previous reviewer (Rakc) described: shoes were ordered in August. Received email with tracking link- never worked, whenever I start a chat with customer service I get response that order has been filled, emails go unanswered.
DO NOT do purchase anything from this company.
I gave a single star because you can't otherwise post. There really should be a zero, or negative star rating. That is what Kaitlyn Pan deserves.

It is a scam.
I ordered shoes March 18, 2021, never received them, tracking information never worked, requested refund for lost items and as of May 2, 2021 have not received a refund. Customer service has stopped responding to my e-mails. There is no number to call. I put 2 one star reviews on their site and they took them off. The reviews are not accurate. Don't order from this company.

Don’t trust their site’s ratings
I would not trust their site’s ratings. I ordered two pair of shoes and returned one and gave them three stars. They left my comments, but changed my rating to 4 starts. The other shoes aren’t really working out either. I got the Chanel cap toe heals and straps do not stay on despite taking to a cobbler to have the elastic tightened, which was recommended in the reviews. The cobbler said the elastic can’t be tightened anymore. So sadly I wasted money on these, but they do look nice. I do have a friend who liked their rock stud flats though. Just beware they tweak their reviews.
