Very bad experience Kaizen Gdansk
Very bad and first time experience from the car rental provider when i have been charged full tank equivalent for 20% of refuelling and service. Not even an invoice nor fuel rate to evidence this. When raised with the provider all they have done is given me a late pick up charge which meant to be raised at the beginning of experience not after. Definitely avoid at any cost and don’t expect to be communicated if they need to charge you extra. Will be claiming this through credit provider, shame cause i have had very good experience with all other car rental companies and Kaizen is not one of them.

Picked up a hire car from Krakow…
Picked up a hire car from Krakow Airport to drive in Poland for 4 days. Am a tourist so a little anxious hiring a car after reading reviews from my previous hire Wheego (cancelled and hired with Kaizen instead). Pricing was really good and booked online. When I arrived, they took my credit card for a deposit (£800), asked for uk license and filled out some paperwork.
Sadly they did not have the car I requested (Hyundai i30), which I got a Toyota CHR instead. I wasn't too bothered as long as it was automatic thats all that mattered.
Showed me the condition of the car on a tablet marking all dents/scratches and asked me to check the car myself aswell as take pictures.
Got the car, was immaculate inside and did confirm the damages on the outside which I took pictures of the whole car. Car was in good working condition also and was nice to drive around Poland for my trip.
Upon returning, I simply parked the car back in the same bays in the multi story that I collected the car from, went to the front desk and handed my keys back.
They sent me two seperate emails, one from when I picked the car up showing me a pdf and photos of the damages that the car had prior to picking up. Second email showed the condition the car had been returned in as well as some pictures of the car.
Overall very simple and good experience with Kaizen Rent, would recommend to any tourists looking to drive around Poland :)

We rented vehicles from them during both of our stays in Krakow, and everything went perfectly each time. The cars were like new, the prices very competitive, and the staff friendly and helpful.
The agency is conveniently located at the airport, which is a big plus.
I highly recommend taking the full insurance option — it’s not much more expensive and gives you peace of mind throughout your stay.
I 100% recommend this agency!

Picked up the car in Wroclaw and was very pleased with the service provided. The gentleman informed about possibility of buying extra insurance but was very professional and was not forcing anything when I said I already have my yearly insurance for rentals. Car return was very smooth and the deposit money was refunded a few hours later. Thank you.

Totally unacceptable behaviour. All invoices in Polish. They claim I made a damage. I had the car insured and sent them the policy but they withdraw the amount on my account anyway. Never use this company.

Went to pick up the car in Krakow airport. Received a car from different century . No displays , nothing modern . Went back and asked to downgrade category to lowest but with car play. Was told not available even two Yaris were parked at level 5.5. Liars . Returned key , don’t agree to drive a car from a Flinstones area . Enjoy you free money Kaizen. Never again .

We received a fine because it was not specified in the rental.
Terrible experience. When we rented the car on the website, there was no mention that dogs were not allowed. As a result, we traveled across the whole city with our dog, only to be told in a patronizing manner that dogs were not permitted. Where were we supposed to leave the dog after such a trip? Was it supposed to vanish into thin air? Why weren’t we informed about this in advance—neither on website nor anywhere else—is beyond me. Not a single email mentioned that dogs were prohibited. In the end, we were fined for having the dog in the car, because we would have taken it with us no matter what—we are not going to abandon our dog for some car. First of all.
Secondly, I wasted 30 minutes and a lot of nerves trying to find the trunk release lever. There were no instructions anywhere on where it was located, which side, nothing. The technical support team itself didn’t know where this fuel tank opens. That’s the kind of technical support it is.

Just what I needed.
Recently rented twice in 2 weeks and I’m satisfied with service, renting and returning cars straight forward bit of walk to car park but cars easy to find.
Mostly important they didn’t try to find some micro scratches and charge fortune like some of theirs competitors.
I can definitely recommend them.

Additional charges when picking up late.
I rented a car through Wizz Air recently at Wroclaw Airport. Paid full rental amount online. When I turned out at the Ariport I was told that now I have to pay for out of hours pick up fee and cleaning of the car if I don't want to be charged at the end. I believe this type of fees should be included in rent price and charged at the time of booking, rather than when you turn up at the airport. Other than that had a smooth experience

Unsmiling, unhelpful, unforgettable
At Wroclaw you employ a group of young people who act like they are doing the job unenthusiastically while waiting for something better to come along. They can't be bothered to smile or make you feel valued, just tiresome. Everything appears to be too much trouble for them. People came and went in the time it took for the young man dealing with me, perhaps 20 minutes. I understand it must be tiresome having to speak English to foreigners but my wife is Polish and he couldn't even be pleasant to her. I know they do these jobs day in day out but for customers hiring a car may only be an occasional event so not everybody is familiar with the procedure. The 'couldn't give a toss' attitude extended to the cursory nod in the direction of where the car might be in the car park, he couldn't even tell us the colour of the car to help find it quicker. On our return a week later (ie today 0900) the same young man didn't even look up from his laptop and acknowledge our presence with a simple 'good morning' or 'Hello', I have learned by now that a smile would be out of the question without some major cosmetic surgery. Not a word of welcome or thanks for my business. Do you think I will want to use Kaizen again? No chance, I won't use them and I certainly won't recommend them to friends. Miserable and unhelpful doesn't win customer loyalty.
