We had the most incredible honeymoon…

We had the most incredible honeymoon and safari experience thanks to the Kalahari Breeze Safari crew!

We live in Europe and had no idea how to plan a safari in Africa. We did some research online and reached out to several agencies; however, KBS was by far the fastest to respond, the most detail-oriented, and the kindest team we were lucky enough to find.

From day one, Maria—who answered all our messages—was incredibly patient with us, resolving every kind of question (even some that probably weren’t related to their services), but her support definitely helped us make the right choices and feel well-prepared. She even helped me coordinate a surprise birthday cake and a nice bottle of wine to celebrate my husband right in the middle of the savannah.

When we arrived in Botswana, we finally met her, and she was just as kind in person as she had been over email. Our interaction felt so natural and genuine. Her good energy and professionalism were reflected in the entire crew that took care of us throughout the trip: an experienced guide, the best chef you could ever imagine in the bush, and the wonderful helpers who not only made sure our camp was always ready but also paid attention to the smallest details—like ensuring we had warm water for showers, a cozy fire to enjoy at night, or even welcoming us to camp with a beautiful song.

We had the unique opportunity to explore the heart of the savannah and witness animals in their natural habitat, while also connecting with local people who generously shared their time and stories with us. We came back with so much more than just pictures and videos—we brought home a life-changing experience and a new perspective on life.

Thank you so much again, Maria, and the entire KBS team!
