Chunky MSM Power - Representative Not Concerned
I tried to reach Kala Health three times through their support option on Amazon, but it wasn't working. I therefore contacted Amazon customer service and told them after I opened the powder, it had visible chunks. After a brief conversation, I was offered a refund and was told I could disgard the powder. I was then asked if I wanted the number to Kala Health, and I said yes.
I spoke with Billy from Kala Health and told her about the chunks in the powder. She asked if I had tried to break up the chunks; I told her I did not. She then said the powder was perfectly fine, and this happens because there are no additives in the powder. I told her I had never purchased any powdered product that had chunks in it. She then offered me a refund. I told her Amazon was already issuing me a refund, and she suggested I take that refund and repurchase the product because it's fine. I told her I was not.
I felt that Billy disregarded my concerned with the quality of the powder, otherwise she wouldn't have suggested I repurchase it.
The tone of the conversation with Billy felt like she was saying, next customer without actually saying it.
Note: I received the powder on 08/26/24 and opened it on 08/28/24.
