I was skeptical reading these bad reviews and still decided to order.
I wish i never did...

I honestly never write bad reviews but this company has serioucely pissed me off. They wont get in touch with you trough mail. Only way to get in touch with them is instagram DM and they will let you wait 5 days with a reply. The never shared a track and trace code. I orderd 3 Okt 2025. And i am writing this on 27 Feb 2026 and have not recived my package. Since this time is even outside there own legal guidelines i have asked a refund wich has been declined saying i have to wait longer for the package. I will take this up with my bank and let them deal with this scammer.

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered! My husband ordered two bags for me for Christmas early December and still have not received them and we're coming towards March. Ignored emails and not answering when calling them. Now making a fraud claim through our bank as they are obviously not fulfilling their obligation to provide goods within their time frame detailed on their website. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Total scam ordered $700 dollars never got my purse it’s been 5 months and nothing they keep saying they will send a tracking number but they never do. Do not buy

DO NOT ORDER, Has had over 500.00 of my money for MONTHS ( 6 to be exact) Promises of tracking and shipping are complete Bullshit. I wish I had read reviews before purchasing.

SCAM!! Has anyone recived oredered producs? I have made and 'payed my order (was meant as a gift) on 22nd of November and nothing was delivered until 30/12/2025. They started repyling after I started to call them continiusly and they are only excusing and promising. Today I will report them to PL police/fraud departament!

Ordered a bag. No shipping or order info. Messaged the seller on "Instagram" but kept getting the same old. " Issues shipping", " still making your bag", just every excuse in the book. After TWO months I filed a claim to the bank for this perchase.
Don't waist your time and money, it's a scam!!

Waited almost a month for a tracking number, and never got it. Had to reach out to them at least 8 times before someone finally got back to me on instagram, giving me a BS excuse about shipping, saying it was already packed and ready. I cancelled through PayPal after a month. It’s a scam

Ordered the most expensive bag on the site and never reply to my email despite the bacg was available to delivery. Open a claim on paypal and got my money back. SCAM! BE AWARE!

This is a scam. Purchased a bag 6 months ago and never received it. Even with a confirmation and a tracking number that doesn’t work.

The product is absolutely beautiful!! I am not sure, I would have received my order, if I did not all most threatened the designer. So I would not recommend anyone to make a order, unless you have a husband, who offers Hunting trips Poland...😑

Scam, avoid!
Their website in FAQ section has rules which go against trading laws in Poland where they're based.
Also, from pics they share you might think they have a storefront- they don't, the address is a private flat.
Tried to purchase, it says you wait up to 30 days for tracking info as handmade, well more than that passed and no info whatsoever.
Contacted them, waited a week for a response then it was just a generic email about having to deal with lots of orders and it will be delivered
Another month passed no contact no info.
Filed a dispute with my bank and luckily it went my was got my money back,
Definitely first and last time I got convinced to buy something from a store that appears to only exist on insta and tiktok
