Initial excitement turned to disappointment

I purchased a 1500 RL panel in Nov 24 at £458 with a discount and waited months for delivery. After contacting the delivery company and finding it was being shipped over, it finally arrived well packed and initially worked well. It soon changed from emitting red light to solely orange and green light, now.

I reported via email on April 2, which was completely ignored. So, sorry, but definitely avoid purchasing anything from kal again.

Fantastic product

Fantastic product and great, responsive service. Highly recommended.

I own a few PBM Therapy lamps but it’s not always practical to sit in front of a plugged in lamp. Another provider came up on instagram and offered a battery powered light for an eye watering £300.

KAL Recovery came up for a fraction of that and their products had better reviews. I can’t recommend them enough

Great product

Great product, very fit for purpose! Order arrived on time & was easy to set up and use. After a few months of use, I lost my cover, therefore couldn’t use the pod outside without the cover, contacted KAL recovery about purchasing a replacement cover but it was replaced free of charge, great service! Highly recommend

Really shocking customer service I’ve…

Really shocking customer service I’ve waited 8 weeks now for my ice bath to be delivered sent few emails back forth to just keep getting fobbed off I did ask for a refund two weeks ago an they have said they can not do that am starting to feel I’ve been scammed as my experience with is company is absolutely shockingly bad. stated parcel force have it an will be an update on it an that was about two weeks ago.

As we are approaching 5 weeks since the order was placed, we will look into refunding the order if we cannot locate it by next week. We couldn't issue the refund until the order had arrived, as we were under the impression that it was out for delivery with the courier. However, if the order cannot be located by next week we can assume it's been lost and will be happy to issue a refund.

Amazing company

Amazing company! They have answered promptly and with knowledge to all my questions. Very helpful and I can’t wait to use all the equipment I have bought (2 XL KAL pods, 2 air compression massagers and a muscle scraper) at my recovery day event!

Where is my pod!!

They’ve taken the money but not delivered the goods! I’ve contacted them view their website and had no response. Very concerned!!!

3 days later and still no email to confirm it’s being delivered.

I wanted to write another review | A better one this time

I wanted to write another review, after my last review which to say wasn't the best Kal Recovery got in touch with me straight away, my email to them has ended up in the junk email folder, they appologised and got straight on my case chasing up where my order was as Evri wouldn't respond back to me. lets just say it was lost\stolen but Kal got straight on with getting me a replacement straight away and within 3 days I had my new ice bath set up and raring to go.. and to say 1 thing it is perfect. nice and sturdy and a good size for me I'm 6ft tall and weigh over 15st and it does keep my water temp nice and cool I have now fitted a chiller but I already had that ordered from another company and everything is up and running and I am now doing my dipping at 8 degrees at the present time. I fell that it's a good temp and the bath feels to keep my temp steady at that and only need my chiller\pump etc only running for 2 hours a night to get it nice and cool. I do have it in a shaded area in the garden under a pagoda.

I didn't receive my Ice Bath from Evri…

I didn't receive my Ice Bath from Evri and I have been chasing for over a week to get no response from Evri and it has been 2 days and heard nothing from KAL Recovery all I want to know who is supposed to have signed for my ice bath when no one was home at the time.. Evri said for me to contact the seller, for the seller to start the process to either find my original product or get a refund, so I can at least then get myself a replacement bath. but at the moment I am stuck in Limbo with no ice bath and a nice brand new chiller from another company, very disappointed at the moment..

Just poor on the delivery front

Just poor on the delivery front. One order placed...no delivery and a refund had to be given. I gave KAL a 2nd go for 3 items. 1 went out of stock, one delivered and another gone missing. I guess these issues since December haven't been resolved.
