Excellent customer service. Nicola in particular dealt with my work extremely professionally and ensured that no detail was left unattended. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

We had a dream of our ideal perfect kitchen and that is exactly what we finished up with. Great advice from Carol at the showroom where we made a few minor changes on our original plans. The quality of the kitchen units can't be faulted and this was backed up with the kitchen fitters (thanks Dave and Chris) who were faultless in there attention to detail resulting in a showroom finish. A big thanks also to Whitehall Fabrications who made the Corian worktops. The end result was worth every penny. You may well get cheaper kitchens from other suppliers but I don't think you would get anything like the result. A big thanks to all.

Dear Carol,
We just wanted to drop you a line to express our delight in the absolutely fabulous kitchen that you have designed and fitted for us.
We decided to build an extension to our home and needed to find the most cost effective but more importantly the best creative kitchen design consultant in the business. We needed a kitchen, dining area , breakfast bar and all this to lead into a conservatory - so not a small space to fill. After a search across Lancashire and many bad experiences with pushy salesmen we finally found Carol and her team at KAM design in Preston.
From the minute we entered the showroom we were put at ease and were able to talk to someone who actually listened - very patiently I might add to our needs and requirements.
In some instances our initial thoughts just clearly would not work and we were pointed in the right direction - after all we just had dreams and no real idea what we were doing.
So after 3 visits to the showroom and 2 site visits here at home and a few layouts later we went back to the first design Carol created for us - again patience is a virtue and Carol has this in abundance. We listened to her advice on layout, mixture of finishes, colours, lighting but more interestingly her ideas to help us to create the right atmosphere, ambience, look, feel and flow of the rooms.
The team of fitters arrived exactly when they said they would, a father and son team (Dave & Chris) who were extremely helpful, meticulous and methodical and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Finally we have our stunning dream kitchen and KAM have certainly exceeded our wildest expectations and some. I cannot thank Carol and the team enough and would certainly recommend them (as I already have done) to anyone looking for a new kitchen or bathroom.

Really impressed with Kam Design. The show room was set out really well, with a wide range of styles and designs on show. Nicola, the kitchen designer really gave us her time and vision to come up with a kitchen design that we are very pleased with. All the staff were very professional and we have recommended to friends.

Great help on the initial design from Nicola, very patient, happy to go at our pace and came up with useful ideas to create extra space for us. They were very flexible on the fitting as we had to move our installation date back due to our builder running late. The kitchen fitters even tidied up after themselves which is more than our builder did. Overall very happy with our experience with the team at Kam and would definitely recommend them to anybody thinking of a new kitchen.

We were recommended to use Kam by a neighbour who had a fabulous kitchen designed and installed by them. From start to finish the service was excellent and designs were tweaked as we went along without any issues. John the fitter was also excellent and any snags were sorted out with. The minimal of fuss. A good test of a company is when things don't quite go according to plan but Carol stepped up every time to sort these out. Highly recommended
