I've been working on and off with Kurt and the team over at KamelBPO now for the past several years and have had nothing but the best experience.

We hired KamelBPO for a specific project where their staff had a pivotal role in the project's success and a success it was indeed. However, that isn't what makes KamelBPO great - it's their attention to client satisfaction that still has me referring friends and colleagues over 2 years after my business relationship with KamelBPO ended. If you're considering them for a project, you should at the very least add them to your shortlist.

We are a U.S. design-build / general contractor, licensed in 46 states. For most of this year I have had a contract administrator and a registered civil engineer, serving as project engineer, on my staff and working from the KamelBPO offices.
The arrangement has been extremely professional and, with today’s tools, has felt seamless. Work moves between our U.S. team and the KamelBPO office without friction, and the quality of the people has been consistently high. Just as important, our U.S. staff, the KamelBPO owners, and the remote team have grown close. It feels less like outsourcing and more like an extension of our own company.

A few years ago I used KamelBPO for some content management tasks, the employee was skilled and the job was done on time each week. Saved me a lot of money as this was a short term contract and hiring someone would have been way too complicated.

KamelBPO is such an exceptional Outsourcing outfit, the have great VAs, full time back office assistants, name it.
