DO NOT USE THIS AGENT

Ordered my parcel on August 28th, parcel got seized and sent back. Agent promised to resend it to me without additional charges, but they ended up charging me $20 on October 29th after 2 months of waiting. I received the package on November 25th. !!The entire process took 3 months!! Horrible Horrible Horrible experience.

Amazing

Amazing. Shipping was a little slow but the shipping price is much lower than other agents. Had bought 3 hauls and it never dissapointed. Customer service is great. I recommend Kamey Mall.

Never received my parcels

Update 19/11 : I reach them through whatsapp and it was really efficient, I have been refunded for my first parcel. We will let more time for the second one.

I was pretty happy by the past, few parcels arrived fastly with no issues.
But my last two parcels :
DH290306001406
DH290812000737
are stuck somewhere and they cannot provide any informations, except already known tracking number that can be used only when it arrives in my country. They just asked me to wait since few weeks.
Seems I am not the only one in this situation when I check in Discord, especially for France.
I expect to have a refund for these two parcels and articles contained inside.
My advise is to pay through paypal as their client services EMMA is not really efficient when you have a problem. I have few friends that have opened a Paypal dispute and they have been refunded but I let Kameymall time to find a solution because I was really happy with them in the past.

To slow

To slow, Emma don’t gives answers. Every time she said yes we told seller. Items arrives after 2 weeks. Also about the parcels it says received I don’t even got it. To make my happy 😃 I really like some compensation. Also tracking says nothing. I hope kameymall listen en fix this.

I just don’t like the app anymore

I just don’t like the app anymore. It keeps crashing on iOS for different reasons. When I click on favorites, app closes. Adding pictures for search option, app closes, adding pictures for extra photos does not work. Etc. Etc. Update the app please.
