Great customer service!--knife quality?
The knives are just OK based on a couple of weeks of use. I guess I expected some exceptionally sharp edges. In that sense I am disappointed. Additionally they seem to be losing their sharpness faster than I expected. I may work up the courage to try the whetstone that I purchased but feel a little intimidated by making them worse. I would not purchase knives from this company again

As you can see, the company reached out to me to try to improve my experience. The did that by providing another set of knives. Time will tell if they are better and hold an edge longer. I hope so. Because of the great customer service, I am raising my rating to 4 stars. I also think I might do business with them again if the edges hold up on the knives.

The Complete Collection + Whetstone
I have The Complete Collection + Whetstone (Kamikoto) for myself for the first time and works very well for me. Then, since I found out my grandson is in The Escuela Hotelera of San Juan (Puerto Rico) (Culinary) I have decided to send The Complete Collection to (Kamikoto) since he will need it in the future. I paying his college tuition this year and next year, and I'm sure he will be a very good chef in the future giving him the tools for his success which is The Complete Collection (Kamikoto). The presentation is beautiful
The presentation is beautiful, packaged perfectly. I bought as a wedding gift. My son is a trained Chef and reccomended this brand. I plan to purchase more for myself now.
