I purchased a heated vest which arrived defective. I notified the company to refund my $37.08. At first the company agreed to do so, but after a month or so, with no refund to my credit card, I filed a dispute with my credit card carrier. The bank launched an investigation, and during the process the company said it couldn't refund my $37.08 until I withdrew my dispute. I explained to a rep named Joey that if I did withdraw my dispute I could never reopen the dispute. He assured me I would still get my refund. After three months I have yet to see any refund. Now the company claims because the case is closed I had to seek a refund from my credit card carrier, which is no longer an option. It was all double talk and broken promises. I will never ever do business with Kamimoto in the future and I suggest you think twice before placing any orders as well.
