Great friendy service from Mark, Great campervans. I would totally recommend this service. I have hired 3 vans since 2018 drive all the way to Slovenia. The 22 road trip to Wales. April 25 road trip of UK.

Thanks to Kamperhire and Mark a amazing holiday with a amazing campervan a 2024 ocean van ,no problems from start to finish easy to book easy to collect and I love you can do a late return just to give you a option to delay going home by a few hours and make the most of your holiday 100% would recommend and will definitely use again

Outstanding quality and service.
We have used Kamper Hire for the last three years and we have already planned the next.
Great vans, well equipped and great service from Mark.

We have hired two VW Californias from Mark at Kamper Hire over the past two years and can not recommend Mark enough!
Both of the vans have been brand new, immaculately clean and superb for our trips.
We have done Scotland and Wales; each time Mark has been responsive to emails, helpful, flexible, accommodating and honest.
Seeing other hired camper vans on the road, none of them have compared to the level of camper Mark hires out.
It is fair to say Mark and the vans have made our trips memories we will save forever

What a beautiful van. I'm sure we didn't pay for a new one, but a new one we have.
Dude rocked up, delivered to my door, showed me all there was to see and sent me on my way to enjoy.

Nothing to not like.

We were extremely impressed with Mark and his team, they couldn’t have been more helpful. We have just come back from a few days in Cornwall and had a lovely time in the van we hired. We were delighted that the van was brand new and immaculately clean. It had lots of features which made our stay in it easier. The pick up and drop off system was convenient and smooth process. Mark was brilliant, polite, friendly and understanding. I highly recommend using this company and we plan to book again next summer. My top tip is that the canopy sides are well worth paying the extra for as it gives you lots more space. Again, having a toilet was worth the back up if the toilet block is a long way from your pitch or it is pouring with rain.
We stayed at an amazing campsite called Tristram in Polzeath which has stunning views over the bay.

I just wanted to message you to say how disgusted we were with how you personally treated us when we contacted your business. You may remember my partner contacted and spoke to you personally on the phone 3 times regarding GAP filler dates, you promised each time you would email us straight away, but each time days would go by and nothing. You also initially replied by email when we first enquired to say you would get back to us but you never did so we called your business, as mentioned my partner spoke to you 3 times, you never provided the information you promised, we left our contact information with your older receptionist for you to call us, but you never bothered, after calling back and leaving our number twice with your receptionist, we gave up and refused to call you again.

Our family group were looking forward to booking a camper for our well deserved break specially after following all the Lock down rules so stringently, but your refusal to contact us and supply us the information we asked for ruined our plans to hire a camper van, as we got fed up with keep asking for information and getting No response.

One other interesting point that people reading this should know, we also sent a message via Facebook outlining our complaint, and although we can see our message was Read on Saturday 14th August just passed, NOBODY FROM KAMPER HIRE COULD BE BOTHERED TO RESPOND!

Honestly if that’s how you treat your customers I’m glad we never became one, you obviously think your somehow much better than everyone else, and don’t have to show others any common courtesy, which is fine, that’s your choice, however it’s our choice to express our views to others if asked about recommendations or companies to avoid, we are also members of many groups and this topic comes up regularly so we will be sure to show you the same courtesy when discussing recommendations.

Also I’m sure you will tell yourself you have many happy customers etc, frankly I don’t care about them it’s for others to stand up for themselves, what I do care about is how you treated us!!

Mark Daysh as the CEO of Kamperhire and the individual we spoke to on multiple occasions requesting information and pricing from you so we could make a booking, you should be disgusted about how you treated us, as I said above, I’m glad we never became a customer if that’s the contempt you have towards your customers 😞
