To be completely honest - Disappointed
To be completely honest, we’re quite disappointed with the results. None of the candidates were close to what we were looking for, and the quality didn’t reflect the examples we were initially shown at the start of the process. At that point, we were reassured there were over 30 strong, relevant candidates already available in our area, which played a big part in our decision to go ahead.
Unfortunately, the campaign hasn’t delivered on those expectations, and it feels like the initial examples and promises were more about making the sale rather than reflecting the reality of the candidate pool.
Only candidates we had really were with driving ban, retired or living 5 hours away and looking to relocate in 6 months or so...

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review — though I have to say, we were a little surprised to read it, especially as you're still actively engaging with and interviewing candidates we've submitted.
Just to add a bit of context, the candidate with the short-term driving ban was only put forward after you confirmed with Kimberley that you were happy to consider him. The other five candidates we submitted were all relevant and aligned with the brief, and based on your feedback — including comments that they “look great” — it seemed we were on the right track.
Given that you're still progressing some of those candidates, it feels a bit unfair to say none were suitable or that the campaign didn’t deliver. That said, we appreciate that hiring can be frustrating when things don’t click straight away, and we're always open to feedback on how we can do better.

Adam has been excellent, he went above and beyond to help me. I havent been to an interview in years and he made me feel very comfortable and confident. He even rang me after my job interview to see how i had gotten on.
