Sweets arrived pretty promptly

Sweets arrived pretty promptly, however the drink had leaked so was no good , the boxes were left damp , in fairness after emailing they responded very quickly and gave us a £7.50 credit note off another order , I personally would have rather the money back on my card as I think it’s unlikely we will order again , some of the sweets were disgusting and I think they were very expensive for what you got .

Thank you for you fair review Louise. If parcels are damaged we do only offer credits. I’m your case we offered you £7-50. As for the sweets being disgusting. I’m sorry about that but that is the first time we have ever heard this. This is something you may have to bring up with the brands like mike & Ike etc. Unfortunately we only dispatch sweets we don’t make them. We would love to be able to rectify that but we can’t. We do also urge customers if there’s anything specific they do not like to let us know.

Also as for the price. We are very competitive. Some people tend to expect UK candy prices in USA sweets. Isa sweets are slightly more expensive due to importation costs.

Poor

Paid for next day delivery, it took 6 days to come.
When it did come, there was no presentation, just candy in a box. Also spent £30 on a mystery box and got 9 sweets ! And none of them are nice, all the reject candy that no1 wants. What a shame.

NOT A FALSE REVIEW, I GENUINLY BOUGHT THIS FOR MY PARTNER FOR FATHERS DAY, WHAT A CHEEK!

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!!

Ordered 12th June. Despatch notification sent on Tuesday 16th. Advised the courier was DPD. Clicking the tracking link and DPD’s website on various devices, gave an error message.

Emailed Friday 19th June, asking for correct tracking link/order update, to no reply.

Opened a case via PayPal on 22nd June.
Was called a liar, that I had never sent a email chasing! Kandemand said my order would be re- sent. I replied asking for a refund. No reply.

Escalated to PayPal next day and they found in my favour.

So, if you want to be called a liar, disappoint a friend for a birthday. Spend a few hours of your time dealing with PayPal to get your money back, then go ahead and order!!!

Definitely recommend

I purchased an American candy Mystery Box for £20 for my friend's birthday. Courier delivery was smooth with arrival within time given. My friend was delighted and I'm impressed as the contents are worth far more than what I paid. Will definitely purchase from again. Customer service is good too which is always a bonus!

Still awaiting

5 days for a next day delivery and then cancelled when i asked for delivery time.
Was really looking forward to it.

We do ship next day always and we do state dispatch can sometimes take 24-48 hours depending on how busy we are.

Once the parcel leaves out store. It will be with the customer the next day.

Highly recommended!

Ordered of this company a good few times now and the service has been great! There’s a big choice of candy and drinks. Delivery was on time and I will continue to use this company.

This is a company accepting next day…

This is a company accepting next day delivery payments when they know they can't achieve it. fraud I call it.
bought goods on 28/04/20 and paid next day delivery, 23 days later and still nothing.
they tell me to contact the courier, I did but its their job as per the consumers right act 2015.
Their customer service is a joke, THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW THE LAW! not interested,
STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY. They are a total shambles

We can only apologize for the service of Hermes. They lost a lot of parcels over the period of lockdown. We have now rectified this and only use DPD who have a much more efficient service.

We do also offer a credit of the full amount to customers who happened to be in this situation. Which can be used against anything off our website with no minimum order.
