expensive but quick turn around

quick turn around however I do think that the service does not warrant the price charged and find it to be expensive

Thanks again Kane Service , very rare these days you find a product you believe in with an outstanding back up support, whether it be standard routine calibrations or repairs , all is dealt with great friendly efficiency and fast turnaround. In over 10 years have never let me down , so credit where credit is due. Great product, Great service & Support.

Fast turnaround. Quality, premium service.

Great service. Price is a bit on the high side but you can be sure of reliable, fast turnaround with postage costs all included. Dropped my analyser off at local post office, arrived with Kane next day and was serviced and posted back that day. Delivered back to me the following day.

Longer turnaround than before

Longer turnaround than before. Without analyser for 5 days. Not sure if all down to delivery (Royal Mail). Had to reschedule one appointment. Analyser work itself no complaints.
