Never received my order. They have an AI bot that auto replies your email. It's surprising that a brand this big has this many reviews that all amount to "where's my order". Avoid.

The usps could have delivered my 3 hats in 3 or 4 days and probably for way cheaper. Kangol management really should update the customer experience. I guarantee you I will never use the online service until they do. Just disappointing!

Official website seems involved in fraudulent practices
Ordered a hat on the official website. Was sent sunglasses with my order which were fake. Parcel got retained by customs due to the sunglasses’ brand infringement. Customs told me this was a larger scam for non-refundable shipping fees.
Absolute disgrace for Kangol to be involved in such fraudulent practices.
My follow-ups with customer service are ignored to date.

Scam site. I bought a hat and changed my mind right after purchasing it. They said they sent me a refund, 4 months later I am still chasing the refund. They keep giving automated replies. Now they have stopped replying all together.

I love Kangol hats and buy their player and pork pie felt hats all the time. I have always had a great experience here but they went above and beyond for my mom.
I went to see my mom for Christmas and took a nap after the long drive. When I woke up my mother was wearing my Kangol polished pork pie hat. She said to me " I think I am gonna keep this hat, I like it."
"Slow down Mom, let me order you a hat!" So on Christmas day I went on the Kangol website and let my mom order her own hat. It was to arrive on January 4th and my mom was home. Unfortunately the Fedex delivery driver did not ring the bell and when she went out there 30 minutes later a porch pirate had taken her hat. I was able to confirm through the delivery photo that it was indeed delivered on her porch. I contacted Fedex and they started an investigation.
I contacted Kangol and received and email from a very nice customer service rep that suggested that I charge it back to my bank since I did not receive the hat.
After telling her the story about my 80 yr old mother and just wanting the hat to get to her she offered to just send another one out immediately. And she did, I got the tracking notification before I even read the email letting me know about it. Very fast response from their customer service and they have always been great.
Kangol took what was a bad experience for my mother and quickly sent out another hat at no charge to me. I want to say as someone who shops online more than in store this was a great shopping experience from a brand I love. From my experience buying hats from this company for years, they provide exceptional customer service and ship out what you buy from them quickly. This theft off my mothers porch has been the only issue I have had. And through no fault of their own, they still went above and beyond to help my mom. We will continue to shop here!
We purchased two matching Kangol Hard…
We purchased two matching Kangol Hard cases. Packed ready for the larger ones first outing we waited at the airport carousel for it's return. It came around and we noticed that the whole side was split open. It wasn't even the return trip it was on our way to our holiday. I have since tried to contact many people about it but they pass you from pillar to post. We thought the cases felt slightly flimsy when we received them but just thought they must be ok.
So if you're happy with one case per trip buy a KANGOL.

By far the worst customer service I…
By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I did not receive a purchase confirmation after spending $250. When I emailed Kangol they couldn’t find my order even though the money was out of my account. After I kept emailing they found my order. I waited for a month with no communication. When I contacted Kangol about the delay. I was told my ordered had been cancelled. With no explanation given. I checked my bank statement and I was not refunded the full amount. When I try to communicate with Kangol USA they brush it off. When I write a review on the Kangol website it was taken down straight away.
Terrible experience
What I have learnt is never to buy from Kangol again, I have had a terrible experience of communication in the attempt to get a refund, Europe contacts have never replied and US has said it’s nothing to do with them because My order arrived from Europe! Terrible! Finally received a refund after 3 weeks after many emails to US, although they still have no information about my tracked refunded item. This is there reply after 2 weeks.. ‘I'm sorry I do not see that we have got this return back. Do you have the return tracking number? ’
Don’t buy outside of the US
Bought a hat online and when it showed up it didn’t fit. I was unable to send it back because there was not a return shipping label. Wrote customer service and was given a USPS return label as an attachment even though i live in Canada. Told them this doesn’t work up here and suggested Fedex as an alternative and was told “unfortunately we don’t do that, sorry”.
Pathetic response. Buyer beware if you’re shipping International.
Just lamentable
I wanted to buy directly on the eu.kangol.com website. It was an big wrong idea.
They take money quickly no problem. Then when the shipment is sent they send you a email to say that.
But they don't write your correct adress on the package and if you aren't in your home to receive the shipment it's over.
They will not contact you To plan with you the resend or try To solve the shipment problem. No you Will be alone and without any answer.
A really bad and sad following or customers. Finally you have paied 60€ for nothing and no informations.
